Back to my question which you ducked. Do you think during the past 18 months that YA have ever shorted the stock? I appreciate this is just an opinion from you.

I don't think you're listening although I know you're hearing me.

My view, my speculation and not to be taken as fact.

1) the T wells are being tested and poked at at the request of the super major and have not been put into production therefore I think money is very very tight. FRR are skint you may say.

2) Niko is in pending mode waiting on the super major commercial discussions.

3) FRR believe YA may have done something irregular with their stock hence the deal is suspended pending investigation. A deal will obviously be done and YA could I concede get a few share placements but then again they may not. I don't think Zaza wants to dilute shareholders.

4) A deal with one or more super Majors will be announced in the next few weeks or months. It will probably involve free carrying FRR on oil and gas drilling in 2019.

5) ud2 was a success in the eyes of the super Majors.

Lots of plates spinning for the company right now but I believe Zaza is doing his very best to get share holders across the finishing line this year.

I do think Zaza is a bare faced liar. He said YA wouldn't get another share and they did. He said that Ud-2 was weeks away from producing results but he withheld results for what, 9 months?

If it is true that a deal is imminent, then FRR should release an RNS. This is what they said at their last update on the matter:

The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into Non-Disclosure and Data Exchange Agreements with two industry majors and is currently progressing with technical work and commercial discussions regarding possible transactions involving a farmout or joint operating arrangement within its Block 12 holdings in Georgia. Whilst these discussions are at an early stage, they have taken a significant step forward with both interested parties having attended extended site surveys and management meetings. As a result of these discussions and to assist with data analysis, the Company has been conducting extended well tests to better establish production capabilities. The Company will keep the market updated as these discussions unfold.

The shares have responded to the words said at the investor presentation, but the lack of RNS demonstrates that nothing has changed.

You obviously don't understand how the markets work if you think a confident CEO at an investor gathering means a thing.

What matters is news released via RNS.

Except at the meeting he said that wasn't the case and they had funds to get them to the "golden period". Mind you he also said he was able to pay YA. Although clearly he's not been able to pay them cos he hasn't!

I guess what we see now is the classic example of people trusting a nice audio presentation full of hype compared to an interim report.

In your opinion, do you think YA were ever shorting FRR stock during the past 18 months?

I will, of course, apologise if I'm wrong on FRR.

However, that means outstanding flow rates and a deal with a super major which justifies the current market cap.

A spike in the share price as a result of a bunch of hot air doesn't cut it. FRR got as high as 0.80 relatively recently and as low as 0.06p so is very volatile.

The only thing one can truly rely on is the share count getting higher.

FRR have stated that they can't complete the 2018 programme without further funds. I am interested to see where they will get them from? It basically means that things have ground to a halt right now.

It's all okay though, because Zaza looked very confident at the meeting and said everything was going well. That's got to be worth another £50m on the market cap, surely?
