At what share price would yould stop shorting at?

@fozzy why do you keep saying cash is tight. Didn't Zaza seem relaxed? Didn't he say he could pay YA in cash or shares now and there's no problem in doing so.

You say he'd have to be a world class liar but you totally ignore facts.


At the interim stage FRR accounts show they owed YA $2.65m. They still owe them $2.65m now and yet they agreed to pay them monthly starting June.

So it's a fact they've simple not paid in shares and less than one cash payment cash (since it does seem amount owed dropped from 2.8m to 2.65 in June at one point).

He stands before you and says they've been quite happy to pay in cash or shares. BUT SINCE 30/6 HES PAID NOTHING.

He says they have the option to pay going forwards but YA have now served a default notice FOR THE FULL $2.65m. That moves the contract to a whole new phase and we have no idea if it can return to its death spiral terms. They are likely now more onerous.

He says he's got enough funding to see them through to the "golden period" but the Interims clearly state they need to raise further for 2018 operations.

I don't think he's an Oscar winner I think he's just a liar who's telling you lot what you want to hear. I've shown above quite clearly he stood in front of you and lied. He said paying YA was not an issue as though the bust up was all down to YA. However we know FRR still owe what they owed at the interims today so how can that be true?

Just had my query replied by the Ministry. You were in the army but were drummed out for desertion. Drugs apparently. Narrowly avoided a jail sentence.
