From the article you linked to "Geopolitical tensions and muted industrial demand limit silver's gains"Geopolitical tensions boost PMs not limit them and every other article I've read suggests industrial demand for Silver is increasing and forecast to increase further in 2025.Reads like it was written by the Office Junior while the others were on a Xmas P*ss up to me. |
Only a modest couple of days drops in gold, to MXN53300, but rather larger drops in silver, to MXN614. I suspect silver will retest its 200-day which is approaching MXN550, though lack of much fall in gold might suggest otherwise? Remember that both gold and silver's 200-days are hitting records every day and spots are still well ahead of them for now. |
The big rise will come in March when they publish 2024 financials
Patience |
The Share price is really disappointing! I thought we would seen a decent rally in its price . Let's hope we see the New Year launch off . |
Now edging down. |
Still slowly edging up. MXN649 and MXN64,700. |

FRES 6 month chart. Going by the rising RSI and the MACD I think that the end of October high could tested and soon. We'll see as I'm only guessing. |
WOW! There are now 2 childish "blue" idiots with a mental age of 5. 🤣🤣 Makes for a bit of entertainment I suppose. |
I see some childish idiot with a mental age of 5 is down ticking every post as it appears. I presume this is why he pays to be a "blue"? Still I suppose it's harmless and it makes a change from sucking his thumb and crying out for mummy! 🤣🤣 |
"Silver Will Be Best Investment Next 10 Years Jordan Roy- Byrne Daily Gold" |

Looking good .. at least if only for a quick bounce ... |
Wow - was that a fat-finger trade? 578p. Bet someone lost their Xmas bonus for that. LOL ! |
The cup and handle pattern progressing nicely |
Still going up. MXN648 and 54,452. Silver's 50-day is now 11.2% above its previous 2020 peak.
$ futures starting to look perky again. DEC28 $36.57 at yesterday's close.

Santa rally to double figures coming up? |
Like last week, silver seems to be leading gold today. MXN silver +3.6%. Gold +1.3%. Both pulling slightly above 50-day averages |
Silver and gold still stuck at their now flat 50-day averages ... which is not a bad place to be as 200-days keep setting records. MXN631 and MXN53400. |
Or Wait for next set of war or crises:) |
Silver has eased back to MXN626, back in line with gold's recent sideways pattern. Gold and silver's MXN 50-day averages have turned level, with spots close but just under. They seem to be thinking about what to do next. |
JPMorgan cuts target to 850 from 900, overweight. Suits me. |
What's with all these tree shakes. We all know it's undervalued. |
It's not much as yet but silver seems to have delinked from gold for a few days, with MXN silver nudging up as gold goes sideways. MXN635 and 63720. |
South Korea declares martial law. :-o
Doesn't seem to be affecting gold (yet) though FRES seems to have noticed ...
Telegraph live business news:
2:11PM South Korea declares martial law
The South Korean president has declared emergency martial law, citing North Korean threats and domestic “anti-state forces”, writes Daniel Hardaker. In a televised address to the nation, Yoon Suk Yeol vowed to “eradicate pro-North Korean forces and protect the constitutional democratic order”. He said the opposition’s impeachment attempts and budget cuts had paralysed the government, but promised swift action to “rebuild and protect” the country. |
After that strange midnight drop and bounce last week, MXN silver and gold, @ 632 and 53960, seem to be in a holding pattern - messing about with (slowly rising/levelling out) 50-day averages. It's been giving me a rest from having to check constantly. |
