Each to their own but I disagree, I feel we would have an approach here
before that. Biggest agent in London, one of the biggest property hot
spots in the world. Alot of the big boys or girls would love to own it,
I would have thought, we will see, blue now, expecting 50p soon.

Every sale will be done via auction, just had an update from an auction house.

Just when you think its going up it does a u turn and heads lower...notice morale of story is some of these smaller companies get a technical bounces of 30 - 40% intraday...if you timed it correctly take the money...don't hang around thinking it is going to the moon...

Did the Chancellor mention anything about help for landlords or does that max £2500per month to employee is sufficient?..

Plat I live in London too . Foxtons makes money from rents from many central neighbourhoods that are very affluent . Government came out saying they will help renters too if necessary . Not sure how that works . I have no crystal ball and haven't traded much in this past month . In and out of Foxtons was my last trade . But I think that yesterday's low was ridiculously low and gone too far . But it's just opinion for what it's worth .

Morning all, excellent rns today, have topped up, markets should
start looking through the terrible virus, we were turning around
nicely before nearly touching 100p. I feel we will be back there
before September, unless we get bought out before. The US would
love to own us.
