Yes unfortunately, would of preferred to stay in the sun.

Must be a major fund liquidating here, very unusual move, when purplebricks are up over 20%

They used to have some decent birds a long time back, who liked to party during the good times, now just a few guys looking lost.

How much is the debt free worth, seems over cooked but we are in irrational times until corona dies down?

"It will warm up in April and all this will wash away." D Trump.

If this is going to be a long haul then we won't be needing Estate Agents for quite some time.

It's official, legislation change to protect renters but nothing to help landlords.

Who's going to to paying rent when they don't need to and how many houses are getting sold?

10p here before this is all done with.

Providing people can make their rental payments.Defaulting rents = no management fees.London was a ghost town today and I was in bishops gate, southwark, aldgate and bermondsey.Even the Pret I went to for a sandwich 12:16 was empty. Peoples livelihoods in London have been decimated over the last 48 hours. It'll come your way soon, that's for sure.

Sorry saw a meme with Buttcoin captioned under loo roll . Thought that was funny . Rent will be Foxtons income at the moment . Houses will start selling in autumn again . With interest rate so low it's more about transactions than price to them . Foxtons will recover .

we are on 2 weeks in Spain, but proper lockdown here, you get fined or jailed if you break it

I think 12 weeks is advised for those at risk...and not compulsory

50% off the recent highs, is a bit too tempting, will hold mine for a decent return, once normality returns to the markets. Accumulate/Buy whilst others are fearful

I can see this one doing well FWIW.

The phones will be off the hook once all the London BTL amateur landlords get all their houses repossessed.
