24/10/2018 08:04 | Anything they charge on a commish basis is likely to be too much - given that most of the new boys just charge a straight fee. lol | emeraldzebra

23/10/2018 21:48 | Talking of commish - what do Foxtons typically charge??? 1% seems to be about the norm now but perhaps they can go lower on the big ticket dwellings??? | ltcm1
22/10/2018 18:11 | look at the price Closing offices.... Need I say more... NYboy just loves catching falling knives. Good luck with your 80p target in 2018, cough. | dt1010
17/10/2018 13:34 | NY -Well we don't have much of this year left.... - It is quite tough to see why the London market in particular would rise after either a Brexit deal or no deal at all. Even with an agreement - just can not see how traditional type agents would really benefit, for the reasons ventured above. People are fed up of paying rip off commissions. So v happy to have a friendly fiver that the share price on 31 December is closer to 50 than 80p ! Good luck to all... | emeraldzebra
11/10/2018 12:26 | Blue in a sea of red, investors warming to this one again. No rush but 80p + possible later in the year imho. | ny boy

09/10/2018 13:57 | I would just re-state my previous concerns about estate agents such as this, being used as a medium to buy property. -Really - why bother - when you can do it yourself or use Zoopla/Rightmove etc.? It is hardly rocket science and the market is saturated. Decent property sells itself. However - good points made above re rental income but - again - I wonder for how long agents will be used for this too........ | emeraldzebra

09/10/2018 09:25 | yes signs of a buy out coming as close most expensive location with the least revenue - plan for putting up for a sale. No debt and after brexit could see a real London boom reported. | blueteam
