Well, that update isn't great. The one saving grace is that Lettings have improved, which constitutes the largest revenue vertical.I assume most of this was already forecast so hopefully any fall out won't be too severe...

if it breaks 70p, could well fall very quickly to 65p mark.

Chart on cusp of breaking down, if 70p goes this might go into freefall.Holding for a recovery but currently sat on a 13% loss. Coupled with the recent director sell, my patience is starting to be tested.

I guess I am the only one still holding all my shares then?

Seems a much better sector play than PURP

No debt is a major investor attraction, especially in a rising debt and interest rate environment

Buy those dips Sir!

Greeting Nortic007, hope life is treating you well, are you still in these?
Never bother about the red tick screen warrior lol

Are you in (BARC) starting to reap rewards in my portfolio.

Just holding these as no debt, is obviously still attracting investors

No debt, that is the attraction in a rising rate environment, standby for acquisitions on the cheap, knock out more competitors, bigger picture these will be gobbled up 150p+ next year imho

Solid recovery play for me, not in any rush for short term gains.

I closed my short. What's happening here? Why? Local London market continues to fall,
and could easily do for the next copuple of years.Lettings subject to legislation, and possible Labour government.

Definitely imho not the time to be an estate agent, unless you can work out of very low overheads, can build an online presence and can become a niche player and have plenty of cash. Maybe better to build an app in the industry that could be useful.GL

Here we can go to 90p short term if volumes build into spring.
