Now on a cash adjusted EV/EBITDA multiple of x43. Ludicrously overvalued!

Or some might say 'resilient' given the London housing market!

Yes if you were planning to buy in London or making an investment NOW would be the time. Should be able to get to 80 p trading range post Brexit conclusion if all goes well.

When the train leaves the station etc... If Brexit happens...which I think it will (as a sort of non-event) this will be worth buying. Not before then.

Looks like the bears are back in town, global property could be in for a rough ride. Will sit on the fence

Also, a deal will be forthcoming, I think May will pass her deal in some form. The London market I believe could bounce back very strongly from here, contrarian investment would indicate a move now into these kind of stocks.

It's the filings by UBS this week, I thought they could be buying shares to pay back their shorts? Otherwise the share price surely would have budged strongly after the big trades. I think for this market you have to be brave now, it could move up very very fast.

You are a braver person than me buying into a London sales recovery with gross uncertainty around Brexit and its implications for sterling and property values.Additionally the company have admitted that the, yet to be legislated, tenant fee ban will have a very significant negative impact on revenues. Further to fall in my opinion.

What makes you think UBS are short when the RNS statements show them long?

Can anyone explain those very big trades today, is it UBS closing a short?

Have decided to buy in, when/if Brexit is sorted (very soon) I expect a huge huge reversal with property stocks in general, Foxtons should outperform and multibag from here imo. GLA

Might be on its knees but it will get up again! Green shoots are appearing and once Brexit is sorted this will move north of 50s and 60s.
