yes i think everything has stalled and the prices they can achieve are much lower. which is not a real issue because the debt has been paid off.....but i guess the expected much higher profit is in some doubt now.

Still the profit forecast remains in place despite the fact that the flats would appear to be selling at a slower rate than anticipated.

Bought a few more....the finance director paid nearly double earlier this year. All debt paid off and a lot of flats under offer for some millions....made a lot of money in this stock from 1p up to over 11p.....stuck all that cash back in now. Fingers crossed this is the lows.

It is tough to get a hold on all this...the fact that the company has paid off all the debt...not sure what to make of this

Get the impression FRM believes it's a private company and doesn't really give a monkeys for the shareholders. I've emailed twice, once last May asking for clarification on some figures then again last week asking if there would be a trading update before the finals. No reply to either of them.
Today an update that's a contender for the shortest rns competition.

At least it's good news.

this suggests two left.....one of these is now under offer. A bit slower than pre brexit!


Hopefully they have a lot of cash in hand now.....bargains around now.

7 days until a further update.

I have been trying to determine from Land Registry what has been sold and for what price. Do I wait or do I pay my fgee and download all the registrations!

I subscribe to Ourproperty who send an email update each month for property sales within 500mts of specified postcodes. So far there have been no notifications for the postcode of our development which cannot be correct.

Yes not bad.

They haven't reigned in the profit forecasts so I guess all is on track.

£3.5m for current year.
