I think there are a lot more to go at norwich house as only 40 sold on all the sites i have been on. Maybe part of building not finished

Didn't think we'd see the price back here again, has been marked down on just about every small sell.
Two more flats gone at Streatham since Monday, the studio and a one bed.
Leaves 1 one bed and 1 two bed left for sale there, the rest under offer/sold.

Looked today
Norwich House - 1 studio, 2 one bed, and 1 two bed for sale (out of 40)
The Ivery - 1 two bed (£775k) and 1 three bed (£995k) for sale (out of 19)

Hopefully get an announcement if all are sold before the end of May ints.?

Don't think that had anything to do with it. The auditors had agreed to put themselves up for re-election, which is contrary to your theory. No, my take on it is 'horses for courses'. GT have all the costs of being No. 5 in auditing terms, far too big for FRM.

Down to one left at Norwich House and one under offer. I wonder how Iverson Road is going.

Maybe the auditors did not like the Streatham deal,where the directors lent £2.44million pounds and received £2million back in less than 2months.

Seems to be a 'regular' thing to change auditors by not voting for them to be re-appointed. They did the same in 2014.

I suppose one theory could be that FRM, being a minnow of an AIM company, see Grant Thornton as a 'sledge-hammer to crack a nut'.

Trading inline with management expectations is a reassuring statement.

I did not attend but with regard to current trading the AGM staement says that rading is in line with management expectations which we have to take as the£3.5m for the current year.

The non appointment of Auditors is a mystery. It made me check the audit report but there is nothing in that to indicate audit concern.
I think the auditors will have to file a statement at Companies House indicating whether there are reasons for their removal or not that need reporting to the shareholders.

On the Norfolk House page on the Foxtons site, it now says there are 2 left and 2 on offer. Where have the 2 left suddenly come from?

Foxtons now show only 1 left with 3 under offer.

I have tried to buy some every day as dividends / sales monies come in. Only a few today at 9.30 p.....

I don't see a better stock on Aim myself and with the two developments flying...esp Norwich....this dip below 10p is a good opp to buy more.

Foxtons have updated the site again this morning to show that there are only 3 one bed units not sold but all under offer. The one remaining 2 bed unit that was shown as being under offer has now been sold.

@mylands, when I look on the Foxtons site [link helpfully provided by 3putt] there is no mention of 1 beds and 8, 2 bed flats still available. What is the source of your info?

Foxtons now showing only three one bed units left at Norwich House and all under offer. The 2 bed units, which were on offer, have now all gone. Looking very good indeed.

The development, by Galliard Homes, also includes the construction of a 37-floor tower, shops, restaurants and office buildings.


There will be 275,000 sq ft of office space, as well as 412 private sale apartments and penthouses and 400,000 sq ft of mixed use space.

The central plaza, located on Curtain Road, Shoreditch, will be one of the biggest in London. The development aslo includes a 19th century railway viaduct, the top of which will be made into a park.

I think the 13 are available.....that does suggest the others are forward sold. Just look at the prices.....

The Ivery website (www.theivery.co.uk)says a total of 19 units in two blocks, A & B. Yet, looking at the details of the two blocks, there is no indication of any one bedroom units, just 11 two bed and 5 three bed, making a total of 16. Definite question for the AGM.
