09/12/2015 15:24 | Stips6 Explain? | mylands
09/12/2015 15:22 | mr 15k and 7.5k had loads of patience trying to make fast buck | sharetips6
09/12/2015 15:22 | My take is that it is a sign of an illiquid stock. Small volume buying pushes the share price up and the reverse happens when it's selling that is taking place. Take today, a measily 380k of shares, (£30k at 8p) have been traded and the share price has fallen over 21%. The mm's love these days as they don't hold the stock on their books, so they aren't losing money. They are buying stock at a big discount to recent prices, which they will hold and then sell back as buyers return. | mylands
09/12/2015 14:33 | Well it sure is a serious fall....either a buying opp at these levels or a warning that something is not quite right! | barnetpeter
09/12/2015 14:31 | It has done ten times the price in the time since I posted the header.( TARA7). Just profit taking me thinks. Goes to show that researching and buying very unloved shares pays off. My share of the year 2016 is CBUY. Unloved today but if my research is correct and the company delivers the shares could do 500 times today's price. Based on the last accounts, what the company hopes to do ( Max)£230M @90% margin on and pe of 25. Well done to those here who took no notice of the trolls. | paperbin
09/12/2015 14:24 | Shake shake shake cannot get a quote to buy any | sharetips6
09/12/2015 14:11 | But only £14,000 of shares sold. By far the biggest majority of holders are not selling and waiting for the expected growth. | bonnard
09/12/2015 13:17 | The fall continues. One other worry is whether they decide to cancel their aim listing and that has leaked. No reason for this but always a risk with aim shares and I have too many that have suddenly decided to do so. QRM being the latest and of course the bid price then collapses.... | barnetpeter
09/12/2015 13:04 | There is fear in the market. It is holders locking in profits and MMs making a market. Still holding my 1.6m as this will be much higher next years when results and updates are released. | crescenter
09/12/2015 12:48 | this is a bit of a tank in fact. Either there is a unexpected problem that is known to insiders or a placing is on the way. The volume does not justify a 25% drop since yesterday. | barnetpeter
08/12/2015 17:22 | No no sell sell....,please. | barnetpeter
08/12/2015 14:02 | why on earth would you sell....results "guaranteed" to be well ahead of expectations | jamie62
08/12/2015 12:18 | A few punters collecting their Christmas drinks money. Update in January I think. | crescenter
23/11/2015 21:53 | That is correct but there is more than one sales channel: | crescenter
23/11/2015 21:31 | I thought there were 98 flats studios | robizm
13/11/2015 00:30 | Only 4 left now at Norwich? A pain this wont go down. 6p or 7p? Trouble is, all the news looks stunning. | barnetpeter
05/11/2015 10:10 | Bit of buying today. Must be stock around as previously buys of over 100k would have moved the price. | crescenter
30/10/2015 15:46 | For those that are not aware this is our development in Iverson Road: | crescenter
28/10/2015 19:29 | More of a balanced buy/sell ratio at these higher prices. I see ther are just seven flats left at Norwich House: | crescenter
26/10/2015 15:17 | estimations for a fair mcap would be appreciated It may be unusual for a company to issue notes of expectations for the current year when they haven't officially unveiled results for the last yet, however my attention was brought by the trading statement of 23/9 that included: "the Board is confident that profits for this financial year, ending 31 August 2016, are likely to be substantially in excess of double the £1.75m anticipated in the financial year ended 31 August 2015....." so I read that as: expectations to y/e Aug 2015 = exceed £1.75m pbt, and expectations to y/e Aug 2016 = substantially exceed £3.50m pbt so what constitutes a fair mcap ? do we take our current £1.7m pbt as fair, or do we include all or an element of the futuristic pbt of £3.50m ? or maybe its a bit of both ? | threeputt
26/10/2015 14:44 | Even with the share price at a high the market is still short of stock. Currently online I can buy a max of 50k at 11.05p, but can sell 100k at 10.6p | mylands
23/10/2015 13:29 | MM's bidding for stock, 100k at 10.45p! | mylands
23/10/2015 11:19 | will burst upwards soon imo | tom111 |
