Well we didn't get the trading update that I was anticipating.

However the extension to the development facility expires on the 15th as per the Jume RNS so expecting the update tomorrow now!

Poised to move up.

The two buys of this morning have lifted on more MM to the bid.

Two weeks to year end.

I would anticipate an update at year end to appraise us of progress to date particulary as Brexit has caused some pull back in high end London properties.

I would say that we are trading at or around cash value.

Would like to buy more...but the chart suggests further falls on these sales. I think August could see a steady drop....will be watching for 3p levels.

A drip of small sells is chipping away at the share price.

Looks to me as though the price is now overshooting on the down side.

Hopefully there will be a pre close update at the end of August.

It is going to be a long hot August if this continues.

I don't see any dumping.

It was marked sharply down on the sale of 1242 this morning.

Then bargain hunters/bottom fishers moved in.

We could do with some positive news on sales.

Hopefully a preclose trading update.

However that is not until the end of August so this may drift lower.

Its hard to know. I am guessing £4.2 million profit this year ended this August.....its not easy to know exactly what this will be made of from and it is true that one family controls a lot of the company so a big discount is realistic. Housebuilders are trad cheap because of boom and bust issues. Even so, we know that there will be a windfall of at least £2 million and maybe higher.

The steady move up to results albeit on low volume is never a bad thing.

do you read it as none of the £3.9m profit from Norwich House has been booked yet?

Profit from continuing and discontinued operations H1 was £2.379M

With eps of 1.08p for 6 months and they just do the same again in H2, gives prosp. p/e of 2.7? (edited)

A bit more. Hope regular posters on here added in the 5p levels.....if profits come in at well above £4 million for the year ending aug 2016 "substantially in excess of double the £1.75m"......then you are going to make plenty.

A few months left to end of year....business is clearly booming.

I looked at Norwich house yesterday....many sold many under offer. Just two for sale...I am sure a couple of under offers fell through and a couple of others will too. Even so a lot of cash received at the prices paid. Millions.

well unless I got this totally wrong, this excerpt from the trading statement on 23/9/15 is why I invested here
"As a result of these developments, the Board is confident that profits for this financial year, ending 31 August 2016, are likely to be substantially in excess of double the £1.75m anticipated in the financial year ended 31 August 2015. It is also anticipated that this exceptionally strong performance will generate sufficient cash for the Company during the forthcoming year to invest in further projects, some of which are already in the process of being appraised"

Results this month.

Let us hope they do not string it out until the last day.

I am still very confident that this will trade higher. The information in post 827 should not be news to any holder that has carried out basic research.
