this is a bit of a tank in fact. Either there is a unexpected problem that is known to insiders or a placing is on the way. The volume does not justify a 25% drop since yesterday.

The fall continues. One other worry is whether they decide to cancel their aim listing and that has leaked. No reason for this but always a risk with aim shares and I have too many that have suddenly decided to do so. QRM being the latest and of course the bid price then collapses....

Always interesting that this type of stock attracts no interest on these boards. Yet the losers get thousands of posts

The two trades of 50k at 11.75p done at the death IMO are the MMs picking up stock to cover the buying that has been going on. They don't want to run a short book with the share price rising strongly.

They must have a handle on the overall profgits at Streatham so I am guessing the profit share may be touched on in the outlook statement when the results are announced

Just checked the Foxtons site on Norwich House and the figures are:

Out of a total of 54 units, 44 are sold, with 6 of the remaining 10 under offer. That leaves 4 unsold.

I hold some from below 1p...top tara tip. Sold a load above 10p. Bought some back yesterday at 8p; they are moving up already. Loads of cash, great deals in some London area property. RNS talk about monster profits. I now expect 25p in 2016.

This is a tiddler of a property development company that has had years of underperformance until recently. In September they said profits for 2015 would be £1.75 million and then for 2016 in excess of double that.

The shares have risen from below 1p, but in my view have more to go, but I would say that wouldn't I when my average price is 9p!

Thanks for the link, interesting stuff and not, IMO, any reason for the fall, in fact the opposite!

O'Dea speaks well and was bullish about 2016, a doubling of profits, and better still in 2017!

What part of the interview affected the share price ? I couldn't be anything but bullish on what I heard there, I was thinking it may have been a massive shake to weed the weak out
