21/8/2023 13:32 | Shareprice discount to NAV is now circa 25%. If the target dividend for this year is maintained (7.55p) then the yield at todays Bid is 8.4%. Having sold out @108.6p on 10 October last year the shareprice is now looking to have dropped into bargain territory, especially with the buyback budget recently being increased to £20m. As at the end of June the company had repurchased 4m shares, which means that they have probably spent circa half of the original buyback budget of £10m. Since this budget has now doubled there is the potential to buy circa 16m more shares so that should start to act as a brake on the current shareprice decline. The shareprice has fallen by circa 22% over the past 6 months, which is an average standard decline within the sector - both BSIF and NESF have also fallen by the same percentage over this period. Interims are due on 14 September and that could be a trigger point for my re-investment here. | ![]() masurenguy
21/8/2023 10:28 | Yeah I agree. The talk around selling off some assets to pay down short term debt and the NAV growth plus dividend growth was all music to my ears 😀 Good luck all 👍🏻 | ![]() tuftymatt

28/7/2023 12:59 | I have topped-up today. Dividend yield is about 7.7% which is not bad going when its on a 20% discount and the assets have inflation protection. | ![]() topvest
