23/3/2023 08:55 | It's impossible in practice to get people to subscribe to new shares when existing shares trade at a discount to net asset value. | ![]() jonwig
23/3/2023 08:39 | Hi jonwig, perhaps because I've not long been awake but I don't get "they can't raise new equity right now". Can you explain what you mean by that please? | ![]() melton john

09/2/2023 10:09 | Assumptions on future inflation and discount rates - and other projections - seem to be significantly different so that means the way they calculate NAV is also significantly different? | ![]() aleman
09/2/2023 10:05 | Hi Brucie5, right now I don't see a great deal of difference between them when I did a comparison on Stocko. More ticks for FSFL but the differences were marginal I thought. Nothing like the difference a year ago when I took some out of NESF and bought FSFL at less than 110. The drop in yield is a result of the price going up, swings and roundabouts and I'll be holding on as is. | ![]() melton john
08/2/2023 12:33 | I notice that this has slightly better metrics on Stocko to go with slightly lower dividend than NESF. Does this board have any views on relative merits of the two? | ![]() brucie5

22/12/2022 16:33 | o/t noticed a massive assumption in there about rental from retail parks: "The retail park sector is tipped for strong growth in the years ahead as consumer habits evolve." I'd have thought that growth recommendation is about 30 years too late. | ![]() yump
22/12/2022 00:55 | TMF tip FSFL. Not that it tells you anything you didn't already know: | ![]() bluemango
