Whilst I don't doubt the deal was overblown, they did announce usage within the original press release.

"Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT) is pleased to announce that a pilot announced in July 2017 with a major North American broadcaster and sports rights holder has successfully completed.

During the period of the pilot Blackbird (formerly Forscene) provided producers and editors with a workflow and remote collaborative access to enable them to view and create clips prior to a final editing process.

The producers within the creative division of the Company will start using Blackbird Forte to view, edit and enrich the content of a major North American sports league."

Have I missed a subsequent release about a contract as I can't see one involving a major North American broadcaster and sports rights holder in the usual places... 5 months after a successful trial before conversion into a cash producing order puts a different light on the potential cash flows from the big contracts IM is hoping to land. Or has the contract turned out at less than £70K so it doesn't rate an RNS or so small that not even a trade release is justified? Is this another one to add to the track record of juicy morsels being announced but then seeming to fall off the fork before the shareholders get a bite to eat?

Catastrophic. I'm just glad that nobody followed me into fbt. Fbt are specialists in fund raising. Would be interesting to see a graph of market cap versus share price over the last 19 years.

I must admit to being completely mystified. Judging by their various websites FBT rate FilmNova and the Stirling Cross Country run as a bigger news item (FilmNova doesn't appear to be a big player when I searched on it. Perhaps I didn't have the right terms; where is Stirling? I thought it was a currency that is being sold by the likes of Soros though he is holding back at the moment on the 250BN that he could unload on Day1 - shades of Black Wednesday again - will interest rates touch 17% like last time?).
It looks like their share of the Bridge Digital win is absolutely peanuts. So, if it is Colgate, why mention it at all at the seminar? It clearly isn't either a large or medium deal by the definition set out by IM. It certainly isn't going to win them any Brownie points when the word gets around that something specifically mentioned in a financial presentation did not even merit a trade press release when it was won. If nothing else it makes Miton look foolish or worse gullible. FBT really need to get a grip on their communications strategy... the people doing it now are not even in Division 2 if their results are an accurate measurement of performance; I am reluctant to pass final judgement on individuals directly as it may be the BoD has several finges in this and their past record is dismal verging catastrophic.

It’s very likely the Colgate deal which won’t on its own be that big but it’s in the Corporate Communications sector which is a massive market and ripe for Cloud.

Nothing to see here rns wise I would guess.

It appears that the Bridge Digital brokered deal is not big enough to warrant any sort of Press Release from FBT even though they described it as a global corporation. Patience is a virtue being tested to destruction by this BoD.
