16/1/2019 11:56 | Blackbird Twitter. Another very popular TV show that our cloud video editing platform helps to produce is Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars from Curve Media. Season 2 airs today on @QuestTV - don't miss it! | cabi1
16/1/2019 11:28 | Bonio Agree re the CEO mentioning 'multi-million deals at a non-shareholders meeting. That's naughty, unhelpful and un-professional. IMHO | paulcon1
16/1/2019 10:46 | We cannot get sales growth without a major technical partner Microsoft Azure Cloud has huge Cloud infrastructure that is necessary to deliver services for the media industry. Microsoft see the Media industry as a key vertical for growth but they need software Cloud solutions to run on it to attract customers. We can be a key component in Cloud media workflow that makes it all happen. Microsoft are trying to get multiple solutions to build a go to eco system for the media industry our solution can drive additional sales revenue from other services because it’s all connected. So yes it’s an important milestone that we simply had to achieve with a major Cloud provider. | nickb
16/1/2019 10:33 | Chris It’s not a contract | nickb
16/1/2019 10:25 | Well - results are near. And they have two clients - one of which was pre-existing anyway and the other one looks like it is worth naff all. | bonio10000
16/1/2019 10:14 | The Press Release was classified as RNS Reach (confirmed by the LSE)so it is not a full blooded RNS and therefore the BoD don't think it would imply annual sales growing by 10% or more. On last years turnover that would be about £65K so even in the Company's view it's not the good news that the Twitter build up implies. I fear bonio10000 may be right in his general suspicion of what is put out. Investors want to see positive sales growth and this type of advertising puff, though perhaps a harbinger of better things, is no substitute. | chriscallen
16/1/2019 09:31 | Perhaps FBT were trying to establish if the news, was in fact, RNS worthy. SSB Agree, it seems a significant milestone to me, the last few months with regards the FBT Technology (almost unnoticed by the market) has been pivotal. With the accessed of the tech, the Blackbird 'player' a matter of weeks away (IM's words), the Town News roll-out and possible significant deals imminent its all to play for. But What the........... 😂😂 | paulcon1
16/1/2019 09:24 | Not the first time - like telling non-shareholders about possible multi million £ deals at investor meetings. | bonio10000
16/1/2019 09:17 | More like too inept to realise the markets don't religiously check their website. | bonio10000
16/1/2019 09:15 | Probably saying you guys missed how important this is. | sideshowbull
16/1/2019 09:05 | Confirmation of yesterday's Microsoft upgrade to partnership with FBT as an RNS | paulcon1
16/1/2019 09:04 | So they release it on their website the day before they put out an RNS (admittedly a RNSNON). FFS this board are incompetent. | bonio10000
16/1/2019 08:32 | RNS for you to discuss | minja19
15/1/2019 21:54 | Reads better on LinkedIn. We're thrilled to have reached Co-Sell Ready Partner status with Microsoft. Blackbird is the only cloud video editing platform to be awarded this level of partnership by Microsoft in recognition of its unique ability to rapidly clip, edit and publish live and non-live video content. | cabi1
15/1/2019 18:58 | It is a massive stamp of approval in geek land. It was hinted before but now it is rubber stamped. BWTFDIK sideshow | sideshowbull
15/1/2019 16:13 | We have been working with Microsoft since Aziz announcement IBC last September Microsoft had us on their stand I believe this partnership has been building for the last 2 years or so. Indeed at the shareholder presentation IM said Microsoft were ‘enamouredR Both Avid and Adobe have a close partnership status with Microsoft for Cloud in the media industry. | nickb
15/1/2019 15:58 | Bonio I think that was just Aziz bigging it up, when in fact FBT products just sat lost on Marketplace with thousands of others. Now MSFT see the potential as we move to the cloud, that’s why we are now in the Co-Sell program, and now our products get prioritised, and pushed, to new and existing clients. | cabi1
15/1/2019 15:46 | We were told Microsoft would be selling our product from the start. Not bothered if they have now put a badge on the process. It's just a repackaging of old news. | bonio10000
15/1/2019 15:45 | It should help us scale our sales business | nickb
15/1/2019 15:37 | Looks like once a company meets the criteria to be on the Co-Sell program MSFT push the companies products, so very advantageous. And to ensure that Microsoft Cloud products and services live up to that standard, the company’s new “co-sell” | cabi1 |
