27/5/2016 13:41 | Also: VisionOfFutureToday 14:40 Premium Chat Member The heard hasn't even arrived yet, look how quiet the bb is! The deal that is to be announced is going to be astounding! This is main market, not AIM! and max dilution is 10% We are expecting an RTO with possibly an electric car company, which is cash generative. Mcap is still way below £2m. Expect this to go much much higher still over the coming weeks/months - this is a screaming buy! IMV - DYOR - GLA | andrbea | |

27/5/2016 13:11 | on some posts (May 20) posters discussed what the possible target could be of an RTO (after the AGM) an electric vehicle company perhaps? Automotive distributors The Harris Group has secured the distribution rights for both the UK & Ireland for LDV commercial vehicles. The Harris Group marked the return on the LDV brand with the launch of the LDV V80, available in four models, including a chassis cab. LDV vans are manufactured in China by SAIC Maxus (part of the Shanghai Automotive Industrial Corporation), a Fortune Global 500 company that builds over six million vehicles per year. In 2010, SAIC, the largest automotive company in China, acquired the LDV brand. By 2020, SAIC plans to launch a new SUV, a 4x4 Pick-up and the G10. The Harris Group has already started building an LDV dealer network in both markets and the medium-term goal is to create a strategic network of dealers in the UK and Ireland.
