All these small buys would fit with employees of a company having a bit of insider info. But now that the resolutions are passed the company should place a buy order with its broker, which will continue to force the price up imho.

More interest before tomorrows AGM. Then they will be buying 4.6million shares on the open market and then a RTO. Something transport and environmental related. Very exciting times for us shareholders.

But they are not fully diluted. Its a cash shell working on a deal. They are on the main market and have at least one interesting director. How much of a bargain they are depends on how exciting the deal is.

I buy into quite a few shell companies but dont see the value proposition in this one at face value (unless they pull off a great deal);

Fully diluted the market cap is approx 1.5M v 0.3k cash?
Fully diluted NAV per share is close to 0.85p v 3p share price ?

Are those figures more or less in line with holders views on here, or have I missed something in by calcs.

Not time to be selling imho. A. They are working on a deal and B. They will be buying stock up very shortly.

Buying on the open market with such a thin market will force the price much higher depending on how greedy we are. I would be happy with 20p.

Yes, Interesting that Trevor Brown chooses now launch the buy back, more so given the relative low number of shares in issue in the first place.

Given the number of CLN's held by him its another way of technically increasing his control without buying more shares in what is probably a closed period given the comments about the possibility of a deal in the near future.

Rto would be my guess. Such a low market cap and thin market for a main listing is unusual. Could easily reach 20p on news imho. Also take a look at AAAP. Another rediculously cheap company for a main listing.

Yes, it looks like progress is being made. I am relaxed about the CLN's as they are all with Trevor Brown rather than a third party so should be sticky hands. Very interested to see what this deal is.

So at last we are seeing the prospects of a deal nearing with some clearly having some knowledge in advance, hence the steady rise of late but that is not to say the deal will be done.

All those convertibles at £0.011 and £0.015 - will pull the share price back at some point I expect.
