Doesn't hugely matter they have little cash. That cash can be raised via a placing when the reversal takes place. Have a look at BCA. It reversed into Haversham. They came to market at 120p and raised £30m. They did the reverse and issued shares at 150p and raised over billion. Brown and his team are incentivised to do the deal at as high a price as possible rather than dilute their initial position at 1.1p. Have a look again at what he did with avo. joined the board in June 12 with the shares at under 1p. Company had virtually no assets either. Reversed the cern business into the company and they went on to double on the announcement and then some a few years later. Market cap is now nearer 100m. Trevor brown is a very wealthy individual. He has not got involved here to make a quick 20 or 30%.

But they are still trying to find one that fits with their plans it seems, so at the rate they have progressed so far it may take a lot longer and we should see the share price back to near the price they can convert at being £0.011. Wait for the next run and the next spike on the other stock to watch. Try to "UP YOUR GAME"!
