I see Kentucky has now been settled for $300m. Whilst not cheap ( and much higher than the $18m Pokerstars calculated KY players actually lost on their site during the time in question), it certainly is lower than the $1.3bn they could have been on the hook for. With no certainty that the supreme court would have even taken the case, I feel the certainty this settlement brings means the company can now move on (unless more states see this area as an easy cashcow for sueing!).

Huge read across to the value of Flutter, too big for any other players in the industry to poach but crossover target easier to see from the US than elsewhere. Should be at the 167 we are a while back given start to Pro and College season and then 10pc up on that...180 fair value this PM

Amazon making a play for flutter makes so much co-marketing, co-hosting server and more sense than anyone…..and they are daring enough to offer the right value for it, plus makes a far more formidable partner for FOX to try to battle. They likely would want the licence but not the equity ownership of Fox.
