The Company announces that it has today published its Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting.

The following documents will be posted to shareholders on Monday 27 March 2023:

   1.    Circular containing Chair's Letter and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting; 
   2.    Form of Proxy; 
   3.    Annual Report and Accounts 2022
