Interesting continued decline in the share price which seems to be driven primarily retail investors, institutional investors holding firm

I think we should see some interesting corporate action as of May 1st. Earnings will be the most important metric so if they did well, retail investors will flood into the stock as soon as NYSE becomes primary. Still hoping for a name change …

I believe its rather than NON US funds and other investors dont want or cant be in a primary NYSE listing. It's just uncertainty that causes jitters. so any news will be seen as negative, despite their unreal performance.

Obviously we all have different views and I'm not claiming the higher ground on this one.But I really don't want to see the officers of the companies I invest in become promoters of the stock.Their job,in my view,is to run the company as efficiently as possible.I want them ' hands-on',not out in some roadshow trying to convince institutional investors and others to buy the stock. The stock price takes care of itself.

The transition to GAAP accounting will have big impact on this years result, primarily driven by the so called "Fox Option"-liability.
It has smaller impact on adjusted EPS.
I hope the analysts take this into account. The data is available on flutters investors page.
I do believe that outlook for 2024 will be amazing. Already seeing record numbers in Jan & Feb.

"Elon Musk's X Makes a Move in Sports Betting. BetMGM Is Its Partner."

By indirect association, this will boost Flutter as new investors/traders begin comparing companies in this sector.

Hi Harigoyal, please see my post regarding PDYPY conversion. PDYPY trading is now terminated as it is now delisted. My understanding is that the banks will hold the ADRs for up to six months and then attempt to liquidate if your broker does not convert them to ordinary shares. My broker shared the offer to convert to ordinary shares listed on NYSE which I elected to participate. Suggest you follow up with your broker to request they convert your adrs to ordinary shares listed on NYC and supply them with the us listing FAQ posted on flutter website / investor page and have them call flutter investor relations if they need further guidance on the conversion process. Hope this helps.

I don’t see any market news to justify a further increase although DraftKings continues to soar. I fear today’s increase has to be related to Monday and perhaps will balance out next week. I could be way off mark though and welcome other investors insights.

According to this morning's note from Davy,'sporting results typically revert and so are not fundamental to the investment case'.They suggest investors focus on the 'strong KPIs,ie,market share growth, structural hold ( win margin) improvement and growth in the Ex-US market'.

Thestarabove:

Currently, we're seeing investors willing to over-pay at Todays price vs the last reported earnings numbers. Yes, todays EPS is more than what the shares are currently worth- Taking into account dillution/debt/liabilities/etc. There was a point here where investors got carried away and paid far more than what the next report will be indicating. This being a good time to sell and wait for the market to calm. To buy over 160 was crazy especially before this report. 138-140 seems like a bargain if it drops that low and the earnings are reported as estimated by the analysts.

To answer your question regarding the US listings, yes..
Flutter will have an vast increase in access to individual and fund investors. But, with the same flip of the coin.. it can also increase volatility. Good & Bad.
Should they miss on a report, they'll be punished much more severely and vice-versa
