From the accounts I would say all bonus.

Shares appear to be in safe hands plus as it such a small company large fund sales would be differcult.

Anyway I am out now so good luck.

nice observation churchill2 and tend to agree.

Current mkt turmoil won't be helping, staying for now but this is under review as it has been excellent from the mid 40s and 50s, need to check if those payments were a bonus or salary increase.

My concern is the huge increase in payments to Directors.

On Revenues of £7.438 D.Fletcher and R.Goode received £1.155 million in 2007 as opposed to last year of £0.601 million.

Profits were up 46% and total Directors pay up 95%. This is excessive in my opinion.

It has been a wonderful investment but its time for me to go.

company seems to be trading well with some interesting and sizeable investment instructions!!

Plus moving to lush new offices in a couple of weeks.

Share price should only be going one way!

Still moving upwards and with talk of property values rising 40% or 50% in London over the next few years we should see more rises longer term in both share price and the nearly 5% dividend.

Not so sure. Results were very good but with the property malaise beginning to spread into the secondary market, a PE of 13.5 is reasonable value IMHO but not exactly cheap.

Yes we will soon find out what David Fletcher means by 'significantly ahead of market expectations'.

The interim dividend of 1p suggests a final of 4p which gives the shares a 5% yield at 100p.

I am hopeful that a special extra dividen will be paid (as the company did 2 years ago) on the basis of significant extra profit.

Hello all fellow longterm holders
It's always good when a the cream rises to the the top. First the market cap breached £5m then £10m, which once it can be sustained we can look forward to even better times ahead with an ever improving dividend payment.

Here's to continued progress.
