It looks like it's being pumped to me, but at least gives the option for stale bulls to exit at a higher price than recently.


There's no news from the company or the sector to justify the sudden interest here.

Yes those large sells may have cleared an overhang, we shall see in due course I guess.


Looking at today's trades, a couple of rollovers already by the looks of it.

Even though I’m very negative on fundamentals here I must agree there is a trading opp today.

Those trades were sells but MM’s took em at better price than earlier in week when they gave 0.9 for just 2 million.

The 12million odd number sell prob last of a large holding/overhang.

Good luck anyone punting down here. I won’t punt anymore have a large short position by my standards on Hargreaves (HL) so enough gambling money tied up.

If price gets to 2.5 I will reduce here but good luck everyone, this has been a miserable stock to hold!

Volume is key for me. A significant uptick in volume usually indicates a high or low.

This doesnt look like a high :)

Think there had been some ramping or a tip put out somewhere but other than that no idea why the volume, short term traders I suspect who won't be hanging around too long before bailing out again.

I bought the 250k. Saw the volume pick up recently and just bought for a trade. Kind of option money. 0p or 5p. I favour the latter!

To be honest, I knew nothing about the company till I bought it.

Is the money they hold in the bank theirs, or a securitised loan?

Clearly diamonds arent a priority in a recesssion, but those that buy diamonds arent too bothered with recessions imo.

The volume surge suggests buyers are now coming in to support the share, as one would expect with a fall from 60p to 1p, unless its a basket case.

The turnover suggests it isnt.

Let's see what happens to the share price if they find some more yellow or pink diamonds or perhaps there biggest diamond to date, the spread won't matter then imo

Would rather be in GEMD, half year update next Thurs, look extremely under valued, unearthing large, high quality diamonds, no debt, cash in bank, low PE ratio, lease extension due, at support on chart etc etc

Cant see FDI rising without some good news, ie some large, high quality stones being recovered regularly. If that happens things will change price wise very quickly.

looking good for a trading buy
