It a depressing board at the moment. The rns stated discussions for funds are going well. However in my opinion finance will be raised for 70-80% of required funds with an element of 'alternative funding with minimum dilution' . I believe this will be a fixed proportion of future production with an capital raise subject to appetite. When the brokers are contacted regarding roadshows this will be when it gets interesting with this share as this will only be when preliminary finance proposals are on the table ( no point in capital raising via equity if it isnt as there is no chance of raising required funds by equity) I believe this will be in the next few weeks. Keep you ears to the ground!! I will no doubt be lambasted for ramping but I am sharing a hunch. We will see.

Please note that in September 2011 the_doctor kindly started a thread where buywell2's deramping can be discussed:

"Source Bioscience - A buywell dud - dont touch it (SBS)"

It contains some interesting data on buywell2's poor stock-picking record, and all contributions are welcome!

buwell,

It sould well have been, but I still think he's referring to GKP.

Firstly, by making that statement he has, only on the basis of hearsay, he has blighted the most of the entire AIM resource sector, IMO. He should not have said anything until he either had confirmation, or didn't, and therefore wouldn't have mentioned it.

I suspect he's just attention seeking, and teasing, both at the same time.

IMHO it cannot be FDI, because FDI are clearly nobodies "darling", and I cannot imagine this is a stock with too many long bets at IG Index, I doubt there are many trades at all there personally.

GKP is at the other end of the spectrum, the highest traded stock on AIM (fact) and, I would imagine, most people are longs.

Whether the Sp has "crashed" or "fallen" is subjective, but it clearly is down significantly, and there must be a reasaon for that! There is unrest about a couple of issues and an unresolved HC case, so plenty there for a left field event, IMO.

I doubt AVM, again as I don't personally see it as a popular stock, although again that is subjective.

Andy - I think so - some relation at least, I assume. I emailed him back before the February tender, asking for a list of offerings. He replied he would send it when it was published. That was the last I heard from him, despite a follow up email.

Keeping it all in the family I presume?

I think someone mentioned this before, is that Tim's son?

Perhaps after a cash raising ..... if they are not so hot

Andy - most certainly if you look at the GKP thread on three i, the punters think it refers to that stock. But whoever ends up being the butt of this unpleasant little story, I wholeheartedly agree with Keeny about the comment above applying to FDI - it may just be that, as result of the slow death of AIM, the days of the rapacious, self-awarded megasalaries are drawing to a close.

Earnest,

I agree, it doesn't read like FDI to me, afterall FDI is an insignificant player these days, and can hardly be described as a "resource darling", and clearly the shareprice here has collpsed!

I wondered if he was referring to GKP!

The share price is falling steadily, there is a current court case ovr the licences, and they are in Kurdistan, hardly an inspiring place to do business!

It's probably a decent sized GOLD or PLAT stock

Keeny - I doubt FDI has quite the following, nor by extension the potential to cause ripples, described in the article. Interesting nonetheless, and certainly right about AIM, which has been cruelly exposed in recent months as the emperor with largely no clothes

The usual MM bounce trick to trap unwary punters before auction news? Time will tell.

This one looks pretty dire. Perhaps Kenneth Clarke's description of UKIP members would have been more fitting here.

Buywell,

Not looking good is it?

I expect an RNS soon "postponing" phase 2.
