Good update under the circumstances.

Two brokers have 1.4p and 2.1p pencilled in for '23 and 2.4p and 3.00p for '24.

Surprised they have not been guided closer to one another but either way if they keep on track looking very cheap!

There have been a few positives that seem to have gone unnoticed recently. Today we have a positive "in line" AGM statements despite the usual variety of headwinds and I note the expectations for a strong H2 with improving margins and this before the additional price rises they refer too.
A couple of years ago we could have expected the usual profit warning with the fall in GBP vs USD, but no, we are in line. That again is a sea change.

Yesterday we saw the LOC announcement. This helps in reducing their creditor days, so an important cog.

Recently we saw the Techem JV is being delivered ahead of schedule. Another positive.

Share price is on the floor. I don't think it should be.

It could be someone selling shares they hold in their own name and buying them back in a shares ISA. This is best done when the price is low (like now). If you have a broker, you can usually arrange to buy into the ISA at very little more than you got from selling the shares.

Second Development Milestone

Further to its announcement on 28 March 2022, FireAngel (AIM: FA.), a leading developer and supplier of home safety products, is pleased to announce that it has successfully delivered the second development milestone of its agreement with Techem Energy Services GmbH ("Techem") in connection with the new generation smoke alarm ("NGSA") being developed primarily for the German market.

The second contractual NGSA development milestone, which was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget, sees the delivery of a development board (known as an Analogue Front End Board) specifically related to the control of the analogue sensing circuits, such as smoke sensing. This forms a critical element of the design of the NGSA and allows for significant technical de-risking. As a result, development phase two (DP2) of the Company's development agreement with Techem is already over 20 per cent. complete (up from 10 per cent. as at 28 March 2022) on a planned man-days basis.

We can only live in hope that the Board will publish the 2021 accounts on the company website before Mello so those non-shareholders can see the 2021 accounts. Currently we can only see the 2020 accounts which they have inadvertently published on the company web site once again. Come on team FA

Interesting to see whether Resideo (Honeywell) want a European presence. With a large chunk already and FireAngel on the floor an offer is a strong possibility.

It looks like the sale of the Newell connected home and secirity business to Resideo went through on the 4/4.

Anyone know the timescale for overseas corpotations having to declare shareholdings in UK AIM listed companies?

Very true RN. I was really commenting on the vastly improved liquidity.

Now if I can just get funding to simultaneously buy and sell 100m shares I can make myself about tuppence!

My broker platform has just given me a firm price to sell 20k at 16.1125 and buy the same number at 16.10!

True. I did see a revised broker forecast pencilling in 5 mil profits for next year. If they make that then we will be past 30p even with the additional shares! They always say markets look 18 months ahead. The most important thing is for the company to deliver. Then 16p will be a distant memory.

But there had been very significant dilution since the 30p so 20p is the new 30p !

These went to near 30p when they announced the partnership with Techem. The recent Techem announcement was as significant if not more so. Hopefully a few people are waking up to the fact there is a real opportunity here.
