Agreed, its not one to get drawn on.

I'm not worried abou the precision of the £100m anyway. The important thing is that they seen avenues for substantial growth and realistically some will work, some will not. However even if they get half way to that level the share price will be materially higher

On the £100m revenue target the CEO said it was very realistic but wouldn't give a price target. But the CFO then stepped in and said that FIN were currently trading on about 2x trailing revenue and that you would see a higher multiple with sustained delivery. And that other companies in the sector have higher multiples. That suggests she sees a market cap of at least £200m if they reach £100m revenue. It certainly looks like they can manage the growth with current resources and profits so the share count shouldn't rise. They've even said that it's likely they will buy back shares to cover the shares to be issued from the management's share options.£200m would be a £3.50 share price.A revenue multiple of 3 and a £300m valuation would be £5.20.

I asked the question .He said it was a realistic ambition .He wouldn't give a share price equating to it which is understandable .

£100m revenue and 50-70p eps and the share price could be £10.

Check the PEG ratio for next year.

EPS growing 94% from 1.6p to 3.1p next year. PE ratio next year 12.7. PEG ratio next year of 0.14!

The share price would need to get to £2.90 for a PEG ratio of 1!

What are competitors PEG ratio?

The uncertainty surrounding EQLS must be having an impact. EQLS shareholders were expecting 170-175, but the indicative offer (not firm) of 135p after 1 year hasn't even got financial backing yet (!). Current price is about 114p so it would appear the market is sceptical even about 135. CSFS / FIN are the same sort of business although FIN are smaller (good or bad ?).As with ALPH who reported today, interest makes up a sizable % of profits. ALPH are on a P/E of 12 with interest and 22 without interest. How will interest rates change in the next 12 months and how does FIN compare to that ?

I'm expecting a big run in the share price up to results and more afterwards.

Results are next week and the presentation. I just listened to the last presentation.

At 36 minutes the CFO states that if the jurisdiction expansion goes to plan then revenue would VERY QUICKLY edge to £50m and then £100m.

Alpha group are set for £130m revenue this year and have a £1.1bn value (8.5x revenue).

At £100m revenue that would be a share price of over £14 for FIN! 35x the current share price!

A challenger brand in international payment solutions also offers a modest earnings multiple and material share price upside

• Cash profit quadruples to £0.8mn

Finseta (FIN:37.5p), a challenger brand in international payment solutions, has released a robust pre-close trading update ahead of its interim results on 10 September 2024.

Reflecting the focus on corporate and high-net-worth individuals, first-half revenue soared from £3.6mn to £5.1mn, buoyed by 9 per cent growth in active customers as well as higher average transaction value. Moreover, the strategic decision to manage down its historic white-label business is boosting profitability, as highlighted by the increase in gross margin from 61 to 65 per cent

Stallone, finablr is in liquidation and it seems finseta has nicked the FIN ticker before finablr has been put to rest. Strange really cos finablr still exists.
