EQLS bid up to 140 does that mean FIN should be revalued?

On that subject - it's interesting that the single, one share trade each morning used to always show up as a 'buy' trade. Recently it's been coming up in the '?' column.

The CEO has a stated ambition of £100m revenue in 5 years, this equates to a 50% CAGR. Not sure if this is achievable but a great target IMO

20% annual sales growth is being envisaged. Imo 30% annual sales growth is achievable.

This would lead to sales of £12.5m, £16.2m and £21m for 2024-2026.

Eps would be 4.5p for 2025 and 8.5p for 2026 and could see a £1 share price within about 12 months.

Possible that we get a ahead of trading update in the next couple weeks. They'll have flash November figures for now so would know what they need to do in Dec to (materially) beat expectations. I'd be a bit disappointed if we dont get an announcement

I changed my mind and cut at break even, mm stance spooked me. But its so lightly traded it can flip in an instant. Good luck with it…

It has been thinly traded lately. Update next week could see us hit 50p.

I think the trading update will come early next week and the shareprice will explode upwards like it did last December following the update.

Shore Capitals forecast after the interims:

Shore Capital pencils in revenue of £14.1mn, cash profit of £3.2mn and a near doubling of pre-tax profit and EPS to £2.5mn and 3.1p, respectively, in 2025. Cash continues to build, too. Net cash trebled to £0.6mn in the first half and is expected to double again to £1.4mn by the year-end and treble to £4.2mn next year. On this basis, Finseta is rated on modest cash profit multiples of 11.1 (2024) and 6.6 (2025) relative to enterprise valuation, while a prospective free cash flow yield of 11 per cent (2025) is equally attractive.

Shares are trading at a huge discount , 50p to 60p is a fair reflection.

No news since the interims in September , we are due news regarding the launch of its corporate card scheme and of its Canadian offering in this quarter.

in here this morning, was difficult to get anything at the time - only 1 mm offering anything competitive. Compelling looking growth story without a growth valuation currently, cash positive and according to the up to date shareholder list, minimal free float. Bloomberg have it approx 80% held.
