Finders shareholders support capital raising

Russell Fountain, Finders Chairman, said:

"The Board of Finders is delighted at the support shareholders have shown the
company and the capital raising initiative. The funds will be extremely
important to the company.

"The price of Finders shares has traded well above the capital raising price
since it was announced, most recently at around A$0.37 per share. I believe this
shows that the market is beginning to appreciate the future of the company and
its long term prospects.

robust economics underpinning our Wetar project, combined with the experience of

"Gold is going to go a lot higher over the next decade. It may slow down for a while because it's run up so dramatically here in the last few weeks. But gold's going to be much higher," Rogers said. "Adjusted for inflation it should be well over $2,000 now. When I say something like it's going to 2,000 in 10 years it's not a very dramatic statement given the state of the world. I'm sure it's a given."

JF: mine was 10,481 (but not boasting!): was pleased with my 20.8 until now! Also quoted 24p on Thursday which I passed up. Will get some more if the share price holds.

OT thanks for your post to-day on the AAAM board. Fortunately for me I've got 2 or 3 already, but GKP is a real eye opener and hope to get some before it blows, likewise GRL which was already on my Monday buy list if not too late...

At least it's quieter here!

harveydee - if only it were so easy :) You are going to have to do some research here and invest some time and effort, I recommend you start by reading through the last 2 years worth of RNS releases, all the company presentations, all the links in the header of this bb, all the broker notes and then finally chips estimates page (link in header) although note that this needs to be updated. Good luck!

Re' RGM dont write it off, if the news comes out which I believe is due then it could blow and once the HB shares are clear it still has some catching up to RRR to do.

Hello Soulsauce - thanks for your posts earlier on in the week in regards what shares interest you, I took note and bought RGM, sold them on Friday and banked a very healthy profit. I should also have bought into RRR and done the same. I owe you a beer or 2. Thanks again and have a great weekend mate.

JF if we can just get those possible two pieces of bad news sorted and behind us re the legal claim and ensure there is no problems moving Wetar forward environmentally then things should move forward pretty quickly with the share price

I've added a gold chart to the header and moved things around a bit, I hope it's not too much scrolling. I had a read of the Fosters June note again this morning;



.."We view FND as considerably undervalued on the current Wetar mine plan alone and believe near mine exploration and the Ojolali gold project are effectively free upside options for investors".

..."In our view, FND's Ojolali project offers investors considerable upside, especially given its locale in a world class mineral belt".

Edit: I see they are now offering the miserly amount of 10,000 to buy at 24p !! Blimey, they really don't want to make an orderly market here, do they ? Clueless, I'd call them, absolutely clueless. And unprofessional, natch.

Picked up another 10,000 shares @ 21.88p.

Some of the stocks in my portfolio are looking a bit over bought, with the exception of FND (IMHO), which is why I have continued to add.

Looking forward to further updates on Ojolali - the gold/silver project:). I'll add a gold chart into the header later, that way any new investors will see that we have some exposure to gold :)

Worth reading this update again;

Current Australian price in £ equivalent is 21.9p bid and 22.2p offer. (Oh, to have such a civilised spread over here !)

JF - As you say, that number of shares traded looks very significant indeed. In fact, since the latest share issue, trading volume on ASX seems to have picked up. As I said at the time, I'm hoping that the uncertainty over FND's cashflow has now been completely erased, hence the more optimistic share price action of late.

It still amazes me that the share price price and volume on Aim seems so disconnected with what goes on down under. Sadly the arbitrage opportunities are pretty much denied us because the b*&stard MMs demand about 15% or more on the spread ! They also still seem very averse to buying anyone's shares, eg today i am only being offered an online sell for up to 10,000 (at 19p), but up to 30,000 to buy at 21.5p.

N.B. Closed 8.96% up on the ASX with a rather healthy 2.4m shares traded.

I expect the share price to move up today on the back of this move and large volume.

Long time no speak, hope all is well and that you are still fully loaded with MARL:) Just general chit chat to keep the bb alive, however I note that so far today 2.2m shares have been traded down under (almost 100% more than the total volume for the last 5 days) with a modest 1.49% rise.

Whats happening here 1 post a week then suddenly 10 in a day. Lets hope you guys have anticipated the next trend in the share price Still holding FND and expecting a modest rise soon.
