ONJohn, I would have left my 90p target up ;-)
It's actually slightly above what the charts are saying now - 90p.
(distance between last major two top levels [ 237 & 150 = approx 33% fall, or retrace to 67% ], so 33% fall from last bottom 137 = 90p odd ]

This fall through 140 needs to be overcome quickly, otherwise 140 strong downward resistance becomes 140 strong upward.

Is a trading statement tomorrow, if so, huge day for this company!

Realistically this company should be raking it in, seems to operate in a market with little competition, fast food/dining out/leisure whatever you wish to call it, is doing pretty well, might be spoilt for choice. The crux is that this company operates in a sector that is fairly resilient, but I question Sayers’ ability, but it’s services ought to be in reasonable demand, hence the rating, but maybe the chief can’t get to grips with the business! My advice, get some help!

Point to remember from shares magazine Copied from there siteOur ViewFilta Group Holdings's struggle to grow its EBIT had us second guessing its balance sheet strength, but the other data-points we considered were relatively redeeming. In particular, its net debt to EBITDA was re-invigorating. Looking at all the angles mentioned above, it does seem to us that Filta Group Holdings is a somewhat risky investment as a result of its debt. Not all risk is bad, as it can boost share price returns if it pays off, but this debt risk is worth keeping in mind.

If Sayers calls significant progress going back to the IPO price, then I must living in LaLa land, it is called regression in my eyes. They need to get that statement out, I think we know now it might not make the best read, but I’m trying to put a modicum of spin in that!

its still on a pe of 30 so its not cheap, what are you lot expecting?
maybe when it starts rolling out constant positive updates, beating forecasts you will see it surpass this.

at the moment its been a little slow of the mark

Sayers had over three years to gain market acceptance, it’s time he woke up and realised that the market works on the basis of rating shares according to growth, not just a means to pursue his original intention of creating a £100mln company. So far he has made a few acquisitions, raised a bit of cash, now is the time to cut the mustard. Righty now no one seems to have a clue where this should be in terms of valuation, so he had better deliver a positive statement ASAP!
