175p floor looks to have held, so that should provide a floor going forward.

The research shows that there was always going to be a H2 weighting ...therefore the market is wrong .The integration of Watbio in the U.K. has taken a little longer than management expected but the combination should be worth it . This is a great time to buy a high quality ,high return, recurring revenue model business that is in the wonderful world of franchising ( ie getting others to pay you for the pleasure of using your product and service ). Organic growth of 10% , bolt-on acquisitions and the steady hand of the founder on the tiller should add lots of value imo. Let’s check the share
Price at year end .

175 is an area of support on the charts. It's bounced off that just now, but needs to hold above to stop a drift down to 150, which is the next big area of support.

I agree, as a former holder it hardly leaves me thinking there is any compelling reason to buy back in. However it remains worth watching....

Good luck to those who hold long term.

A good enough update, but not a great update. Our shareprice could now drift down waiting on evidence of a "stronger second half"

Yes. They report statutory EPS and not normalised so include amortisation of acquisitions and share payments unlike almost every other company. Normalised was 9.2p according to Cenkos.

I think the drop had more to do with the fact that the results don't present a normalised EPS - so a quick glance suggests a big miss on the EPS forecasts.

This is on a high rating (PE46) but eps growth is pretty impressive and puts it on a PEG of 0.67.Is it the forecast slowdown in franchise growth in the US that has caused today's dip, or is it a case of better to travel than arrive?.

Some nice steady as she goes growth in the full year. There ought to be a stepup from non-organic growth in the next year from Watbio's first year under FLTA.

Does anyone know what EPS forecasts are for 2020 for this company?

I have
2017 EPs of 3.10p
2018 EPS of 7.8p
2019 EPs of 11.8p (estimated with nice year increase in trend)

This is a lovely little trend - if they are forecast to hit 14p plus in 2020 (next year now) - this looks a nice little progressive business at an initial glance of the figures.
It's a shame the price is up 15% or so since it's recent lows - i guess everything was hammered in december though so i shouldnt expect the price to drop back down here.

Should imagine it is in Ireland and even some parts of the uk however I think the bigger opportunities lie in the USA and international development

Hi there chaps,

I hold FLTA too and am lucky enough to be up nearly 100% on purchase price (Held for about 1 year). I can't understand the current price action though and am seriously tempted to sell or top slice as its on 30X rating. I'm based in Dublin and met a chap who got the Irish franchise for Filta Fry and went through the business model with him and came away with the conclusion this is a tough business to be in (as an operator anyway) I understand the Franchise model is capital light but I'm scratching my head as to why the share price is running away with itself here! Any thoughts welcome

You want to get yourself in some punter favourites like VRS. Surrounded by a load of other investors all on one side of the boat cheering the awesome research and backslapping each other. When the ship goes down at least you're not alone.

Wait! what? You're here to make money not friends?
My apologies, carry on as you were.

Breaking out again. I love this share, so little bulletin board interest yet with potentially years of growth as a company. So the apotheosis of where to invest yet only 213 posts in just under 2 years; some of the more frantic names can get that many on a tick.
