19/12/2018 07:51 | The Ebita is off 15% how's that not anything but poor in the backdrop of the fact that the company has now warned three times in a row | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:49 | Ultimatewarrior I've read this thread first before the results. I've seen the mark down by Wins and now I've read the results. Obviously not amazing results but no way as bad as your scaremongering posts suggest. Easy to slash a price pre market but will they offer any stock ? | dave4545
19/12/2018 07:49 | I'd be interested in pierics view - I'd assume he sold a long time agoAn interesting lesson here dyor | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:44 | Otherwise it's a solid set of results. These are trough earnings.. | tsmith2
19/12/2018 07:43 | The P/E ratio is fine if the business is growing but results on results this business is shrinking - it's off 20% pre market | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:42 | read comments about IMAX roll out schedule. There's nothing the company can do about the timing of it - just been pushed back a few months into FY2020 (April 2019 - March 2020) | tsmith2
19/12/2018 07:37 | Not convinced this will get hit as bad as you think. Its on 7x new earnings pe ratio already IMO | dan_the_epic
19/12/2018 07:34 | It was scheduled to make 15 million for the full year | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:32 | It's now a 40 million business btw This is going to get massacred today | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:30 | But it's profits are down 20% - and they have warned now in the last three results | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:23 | Hmm this business is valued at £49Mln, is going to deliver ~$10Mln pre-tax profit for the full year and has ~£16Mln net cash. Also it has been around for years, successfully diversified it's revenue streams and has good future pipeline. And is brexit-proof.Make your own conclusions | bad speculator
19/12/2018 07:19 | Shocking results again | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:11 | Can see this in the mid teens today imo | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:10 | They have warned on profit three times now and are concerned about the poor share price performanceIt's only going to get worse if they keep issuing profit warnings | ultimatewarrior
19/12/2018 07:07 | Outlook - Warning The Board is pleased with the progress and integration of acquired businesses and operations in our Editing & Equipment Rental, Technical Services, and Insurance Agency businesses. These businesses are all trading in line with or even ahead of our original expectations. In that light, it is disappointing to report that Underlying EBIT for the Group for the full year is expected to be below previous expectations because of the impact of delays in the timing of revenues from certain larger budget titles within the Completion Contracts business and of revenues associated with the Pandas Documentary within the Content Distribution business. The Board looks forward to providing updates in this regard in due course. Separately, the Board is clearly disappointed by the Company's poor share price performance since IPO and is committed exploring the options to address this issue. | cottoner
19/12/2018 06:29 | chart says it all bol | buywell3
18/12/2018 23:31 | From yesterday. If you go back to the 14th Dec when there was last trades and then the 11th it was 31.4p to sell. So what you are saying is it's 31.4p bid and somebody can turn up and sell 100k and get mid price. I'm not saying 100% it's a buy but it's a hell of a good price if it's a sale and bear in mind the next day there was nothing offered online after one or two buys. But as you say it's all down to results hopefully tomorrow | dave4545
18/12/2018 18:30 | Huge 100k delayed sell showing - this is teetering - could easily go either way | ultimatewarrior
17/12/2018 15:15 | Good, look forward to them. Either it's a great recovery play or I can sell and move on. | dave4545
17/12/2018 14:05 | Results this week Dave confirmed by a poster below | ultimatewarrior
17/12/2018 13:37 | Normally there is a clue to current trading as nearly always some insiders but with this one it really seems a 50/50 gamble now. No selling but hardly a stampede to buy as well. Must be due some news, been ages since the last lot | dave4545
17/12/2018 11:48 | Hi, There is a good write-up here if interested: hxxps://www.valueinv (you might need to sign up for free to see it) Are people concerned about the David Haring connection? He is involved with the Golden Sun Emerging Fund (c. 30% owner of FFI), seems to have a lot of influence (before CFO resigned 4 out of 6 directors had a past connection to Haring). My big concern is that the COO Antony Mitchell (who has past connections to Haring) was the CEO of Emergent Capital (previously called Imperial Holdings), which has been a disaster, that unfortunately I've lost money on. Haring was also invested in Imperial at some point. I think Antony Mitchell was involved in founding Emergent Capital (Imperial) back in 2006, it IPO'd in 2011 at USD 10.75, and now trades at c. USD 0.1. I am long, as the opportunity does look very attractive, but I am concerned about the Emergent Capital link and hope I'm not being stupid in buying anyway! | alan00
17/12/2018 10:52 | fwiw there is just 2500 online offered at full 34p on a very wide 31-34p spread. Usually signals a rally for the shareprice | dave4545
13/12/2018 19:20 | Interims 'Likely' to be next week according to replies I've had back from FFI. I'm expecting this to be the floor and a return back to the 70p-80p area in the next 12 months subject to full year outlook being achieved.Confidence could return quickly here imo. GL All. | tallprawn |
