Cinnober Financial Technology back up to 5.79%......Looks like we have our 2 possible bidders, Cinnober and ION.....Starting price 17p and if they wait it will go even higher from now on in.

You're right, my addled brain in the sunshine - here at least! Not parting with mine - i've held for two years now. Thought they had about 29.5%, must have been PAT I was thinking of.

MM.....Selling there stake no... they have increased there stake:

ION Trading Ireland Limited 99 700 530 23,82% to 108,700,530 which currently represents 25.97 per cent

I'm not getting too excited and the market isn't either LOL

ION have just topped to near where they were % wise before, they have made a paper gain with the share price at 12p as they bought most of there stake at 10p...... However they are still losing money as they can't sell that sort of stake without collapsing the share price
They could have bought the whole company for 12p/14p per share a year ago now its going to cost them or anyone else 18p/ 20p now to take control and if they wait another year and FFA carry on producing the numbers it going to cost 22p/24p next year.
ION and there backers must have money to burn.....Doing nothing is costing.
Its economics of the madhouse.

AGM tomorrow.
