17/2/2011 08:22 | Morning all. | site manager
15/2/2011 22:38 | MM's short of stock.....At this point in the past MM's would mark FFA down to flush out some sellers to get some stock in. | bugs bunny
15/2/2011 19:33 | Something going down! | wh1spa
14/2/2011 14:07 | Now thats strange. | bugs bunny
05/2/2011 10:52 | Very good question.....Enterpr We are hardly going to see any share price movement on this stock as its almost owned by large holder nearly 80% of stock, Any significent share price movement will have to come from FFA its self, so they have to hit there targets in the next set of results and we then may see a re-rating. | bugs bunny
05/2/2011 00:17 | Where could these go, on a P/E and EPS they kind of look fair value? | paul1967
04/2/2011 23:50 | Paul....Possibly.... | bugs bunny
04/2/2011 17:26 | some more stock transfers today. | paul1967
04/2/2011 16:48 | bb I wonder now if the ION stake is for sale along with PAT? Just a thought. Don't know much about ION - do you? | mountain man
04/2/2011 11:25 | Thats come as a pleasant movement.....Looks like the share price was moved down to Accommodate the recent share activity...now we have to wait and see if FFA can meet there targets in the results and we may see a re-rating of the share price Procrastination on this one is costing ION. | bugs bunny
04/2/2011 10:39 | Hi Jab, Try this one | bugs bunny
04/2/2011 10:37 | I,d hold on, Blackrock buying is a good sign. | paul1967
03/2/2011 08:41 | In that case - glad to see your still with us. Hopefully you will have some left over for Cheltenham. Long run in the 18th ? ( local horse ) | site manager
02/2/2011 20:00 | As was reported earlier I am no longer a major holder, but still hold a good number of FFA and will continue to do so. I reduced the holding for personal reasons and had nothing to do with the company or long term share price. The prospects for the business have never been better and I am pleased that BlackRock stepped in so that an orderly stake transfer could be carried out. The company's broker, Canaccord, did an excellent job and I appreciated their candor concerning the business and it's perception by the market. There was a ready market for the stake and that bodes well for the likelihood of a market re-rating once the company reports significant progress. The company is highly regarded, well run and about to finally achieve something like the promise before the financial crisis hit the sector. | chuffy
02/2/2011 16:23 | Bye bye Chuffy. Goodluck. | site manager
02/2/2011 16:02 | Looks like Mr kergel is fed up of waiting for FFA.....If i remember correctly he has been a major holder for nearly 8yrs and it hasn't happened. | bugs bunny
02/2/2011 10:14 | BlackRock inc bought in and they are no mugs......Who sold????? | bugs bunny
01/2/2011 12:25 | Looks like something happening behind the scene's. 6% of the coming changing hands and yesterday option's being exercised. As my old mum says...It will all come out in the wash....Watch this space. | bugs bunny
28/1/2011 13:38 | Intersting trades...Approx 6% of the company changing hands. Now its case of waiting a few trading days for the announcements of what went where from and to whom....... I would like it to be ION, however I don't exspect it to be them, if it was we would have to see a take over bid to end this stagnation in the share price | bugs bunny
27/1/2011 09:39 | With an appointment of a CFO maybe FFA are now preparing to pay out a DIVI. Ye right LOL. | bugs bunny
26/1/2011 10:40 | FFA is Public quoted company however because of large institutional holding nearly 80%..... FFA is run in there benifit and not the small private investor, he can only rely on movements in the share price on good company news and not through trading. We see massive trades going through the market as holdings are changed hands and no share price movement eg ION bought there stake at 10p share price didn't go anywhere near 10p, however we see a trade of 250k and the share price moves down a tick. | bugs bunny
25/1/2011 16:29 | There it goes...Been waiting for a tick down...Something FFA have not been unable to do is keep a share price up and stay up at these levels. | bugs bunny
