06/12/2021 16:49 | Don't recognise any names Ged but Alfred Davidson might be Batman's butler. | lr2
06/12/2021 16:28 | You old charmer! Seriously, though that's reassuring... | ptolemy
06/12/2021 16:09 | 142,980,649 shares to Seguro Nominees Limited. Mole Valley Asset Management Ltd also named on the TRI Any familiar names here? Ptolemy, yes on several occasions. | ged5
06/12/2021 12:30 | Could try pretending to be an NHS trust manager ;-) I just want as many clinicians as possible to use Bleepa and find it indespensible - then that's big foot in lots of doors- especially if they can add on or trial Carelocker easily later. My wife says look for the approval of Clinical Directors. They're the ones that make things happen - or at least in her experience - not the managers. | yump
06/12/2021 12:20 | Has anyone succeeded in having a one-to-one with TO either on the phone or by email? I tried some months ago but couldn't get past IR and Wallbrook. | ptolemy
06/12/2021 11:45 | "Either TO is a genius or incompetent and he needs to demonstrate which before a flood of placing shares hit the market." Increasingly looks like the later...an opportunistic fund raise to pay the salaries timed to coincide with a shake up of the NHS. | ptolemy
06/12/2021 10:34 | OK, I give up. Back to the drawing board. | lr2
06/12/2021 10:27 | I received 28.55% of the excess shares applied for (in addition to the basic entitlement), see below | 5park
06/12/2021 10:19 | As far as I can make out I got all the shares I had money in my accounts to pay for, hence no refunds. It didn't amount to a full 28% extra above my 1 for 15 allotments as I didn't have sufficient money in the accounts to pay for a full 28% extra holding. I never expected that sort of percentage to become available to be fair. Happy with what I got, now I just want those original and new share holdings to be merged together into a final figure as the original holdings also contain a percentage of new shares over and above my 1 for 15 alloted amount which is confusing the hell out of me. That's enough brainwork for me, I'm off for a shower and then a walk. | lr2
06/12/2021 09:59 | Sorry I can't be any help. At one point in the calculations I had £3.5mln worth of shares, but that didn't seem right ;-) | yump
06/12/2021 09:50 | I am completely perplexed as to how things have been calculated. This could take me some time. Yump, I would use your calculation but at my age I have no aunties left. | lr2
06/12/2021 09:40 | Some of the interfaces on the sites are rubbish. I'm not sure if I got 36% as the separate transactions are not listed on HL, neither are previous holdings as far as I can see. So you have to work out the cost of how many shares you were automatically entitled to and then take that off the total amount, divide that by 7p and add your aunties age to get the answer. | yump
06/12/2021 09:34 | I must be going senile but I am having trouble working it out. Nothing like the 28% plus that people have been talking about I fear. Will get back to you on that. I have a statement line for excess shares and another line for original holding plus, I assume, my share entitlement. I can't reconcile either amount yet. | lr2
06/12/2021 09:22 | Well there’s a surprise LR2, they will probably tell you 3 working days. What percentage of excess did you get? | ducatiman
06/12/2021 09:15 | Aw damn! They haven't put the unused cash back in my account yet. | lr2
06/12/2021 08:59 | Great. About time too. | lr2
06/12/2021 08:33 | Looks like offer shares and refunds now sorted LR2. | ducatiman
04/12/2021 19:18 | Revolution time Yump? Would you consider TO as a revolutionary? | ducatiman
04/12/2021 18:47 | Well there’s the obvious easy solution and then there’s the one that takes 10 summits of world leaders over 20 years. My money is on the former, but my head says the latter. | yump
04/12/2021 16:01 | Very interesting program on BBC news today about Ai. They covered healthcare. Highlighted diagnostics and the lack of specialists in remote areas of the world able to diagnose quickly. I wonder how that could be remedied? | ducatiman
04/12/2021 13:28 | I got my cert for the new shares today but have to wait for the refund cheque from my excess application. Hopefully not for too long. | kinwah
03/12/2021 12:35 | Now's the time to guess which shares are going to feature in the big New Year tips for 2022 and get em while they're low. Assuming its a correct guess of course Several renewables have got very close to the commercial implementation stage of their tech, so I'm sure some of those will be mentioned - they're potentially very significant businesses if all goes to plan. FDBK at least has a big story - that should be enough to do something. | yump
03/12/2021 11:53 | It's the first time I have ever had cause to complain about them. I'll give them a little latitude because of that. | lr2
03/12/2021 11:49 | That's pretty poor of your broker, LR2. | ged5 |
