03/12/2021 11:27 | Well I have been forced by the boss to put up the Christmas tree this morning, a traumatic thing for me as I am an old curmudgeon - but I have a little look in here and I am now feeling quite chrismassy | ragnarr
02/12/2021 15:30 | Tom doesn't need to put his hand in his pocket at the moment. All going well he'll be an extremely wealthy man when he exercises his tens of millions of options. Hopefully sooner rather than later, | bettyswollox
02/12/2021 12:30 | Perhaps he's lost money on some shares that didn't perform as well as he thought they would ;-)) | yump
02/12/2021 12:05 | Notice someone is absent from directors buying! How big is his mortgage!! | digger2779

Philipp Prince, Non Executive Director, has subscribed for 1,546,543 New Ordinary Shares through the Open Offer at the Issue Price of 0.7 pence per Ordinary Share. Adam Denning, Non-Executive Director, has subscribed for 1,428,570 New Ordinary Shares through the Placing at the Issue Price of 0.7 pence per Ordinary Share. In the meantime I still haven't had an update to my account. | lr2
02/12/2021 10:10 | So that's two private investors who have been very close to the company and have this company on their primary buy list. They probably know more about the potential of this company than some one line Charlie who takes 23 days to produce a second line. As for the hot air, well we'll find out next quarter and beyond. | ged5
02/12/2021 09:59 | Jonathan Cranston increased his holding by almost 22million. | ged5
01/12/2021 18:39 | ducatiman Thought I may as well average down a little bit. Was going to sell original stake at 1.1p, then leave the 0.7 bit and then thought may as well leave it all in, then regretted it after re-listening to that interview. I'm Mr Indecisive with this share. Clearly Bleepa has a lot going for it and so far no apparent competition, but I haven't much confidence in TO, but clearly the story has been bought by a lot of investors and at this stage that's probably as important as anything. Any hint of wide scale adoption - even just the start of it and I guess I'll be a happy bunny. | yump
01/12/2021 18:15 | Ged5 - 12 Nov 2021 - 09:42:50 - 8917 of 9194 FEEDBACK plc Medical Imaging Technology - FDBK Wow! Thanks very much for that NY Boy. Who would have thought? Looking forward to when you're posting 'Sub 10p is a buy' or if everything that Tom said in the interview happens 'Sub £3 is a buy'. As expected this was just hot air and the deflation occurred, is it investable at current levels, I’m not that keen, it’s on my secondary buy list. | ny boy
01/12/2021 17:19 | I received my entitlement plus exactly 500k of the 1.75m application today. | petekand
01/12/2021 17:06 | You surprise me Yump. I thought you were a non believer 🤔 | ducatiman
01/12/2021 16:55 | Thanks Ged. At least I'll be able to calculate the money being returned as I went for just over double my entitlement. In truth I didn't think I'd get anywhere near 28.75% excess. | lr2
01/12/2021 16:51 | Isn't that percentage entitlement plus excess? | ged5
01/12/2021 16:49 | I got about 36% of subscription under the open offer. | yump
01/12/2021 16:48 | It is approximately 28.75% of the excess number applied for. Entitlement is on top of that percentage. | ged5
01/12/2021 16:45 | No. He could have taken 7 816 094. He only took 732 940 so about a tenth of his entitlement. I think he's got enough. | ged5
01/12/2021 16:40 | I only applied for for entitlement LR2, they are showing but unable to sell them should I wish to. | ducatiman
01/12/2021 16:37 | So he took up his entitlement Ged? | ducatiman
01/12/2021 16:37 | Did he take up his 1 for 15 allowance? Still no sign of allocated shares appearing in my account although they have taken the money. Does anyone know with certainty what extra percentage we holders who applied for more will be getting? | lr2
01/12/2021 16:30 | Tom Charlton kept the same number. His percentage has dropped. Apologies he increased by about 700k | ged5
01/12/2021 16:01 | We still have Unicorn to come with their near 20% holding. All looking good to me. | petekand
01/12/2021 15:33 | Octopus Energy will be OK. They wanted money up front to go with them. Nominees is part of the same group. I wonder if Octopus Investments took part in the placing as well. | ged5
01/12/2021 15:24 | Octopus? That's part of the Octopus Energy Group. Hope the don't go the same way as my supplier, Bulb... | ptolemy |
