Monster run in FDBK
Great to realise those profits!
Angus Energy 0.90p
Positives
• Equipment should be arriving on site Nov 21 – Feb 22 proving this isn’t hot air!
• Permitting and Approvals expected early December 2021
• First time in 2 years a Project is about to become a reality early 2022
• Huge rise in Gas Prices (300-400%): 51% stake in onshore Saltfleeby Gas Asset
• 52% recent upgrade to NPV10 from a revised CPR of Gas Asset now £25.5m (£9m market cap)
• £12m fully funded for Saltfleeby
• Sidetrack to Gas Project Planning Permission in place to try and double output
• £1.4m Convertible Loan Note holdings extended deadline to April 2023 for final payment!
• 2x Director Buys of 1m each mid 2021
• £8m potential funding with Aleph and Associates for a valid Geothermal play
• 165m Warrants of £2.1m at 1.36p average potentially available
• 26m Employee Options at 1.5p but fully vesting at 2p too
Negatives
• A group of Locals persistently fester on UK Share Forums to stop any buying momentum, the success in market cap makes it harder to stop any of their projects dead in its tracks!
• A substantial undercurrent set of Short Sellers who seem to be betting against delivery and pre-gas price rally; now hurting and desperate to close out their positions – towards First Gas Q1-Q2 2022. Their short positions could create a dramatic squeeze to 2p alone IMO.
• Legacy Oil Assets and failed projects knocked share price and confidence of Long Term Holders
• Geothermal Progress Seems Slow
• Delays seem to bother some impatient traders but Aleph have stumped £12m loan!
Share Price Predictions?
• Harmonics showing 2-3.5p target?
• Management believes 3.5p per share is Fair Value vs. 0.90p share price

I was disappointed with the Sunday Roast interview, as the one question that I wanted answered, wasn't asked.

Namely: "will we all get rich ?"

They've got a couple of tiddlers, but being in at the start of a whole new structure within the health service is probably the main driver.

Brilliant work with the transcript - most appreciated!
So Ged, there we have it, a billion pound PLUS opportunity at something like 90% margin as is the case with this type product.
This is hopefully only the start.

the placing stock only comes next month after the AGM......so a little premature to cry out on that one quite yet. Though it , the placing may be the reason, in that perhaps all the selling has dried up, as those that were annoyed by the raise have gone so there are no sellers and only people being excited by social media amongst other things.

SR: AD there has got top be another 10 or 15 countries that you could ..er.. comfortably discuss this with, I mean I live in Egypt as I say, I mean this sort of system would be perfect here. The system is so antiquated its scary, you know so you have 110 million people, nobody has got any medical ID, nobody has got any idea whats going on. You go to the doctor, you have to tell them your history, there is no chance of him ever having any history of anything you have ever had, or done or have a problem with, so er…yeah…I mean…numerous countries, must be immeasurable amount of roll-out for this type of thing

TO: There is a whole world out there… but you have got to start somewhere, interestingly that’s also why, not only because of my background and because ogf the fact we are a UK company, but that’s also why you start in the NHS , because if the NHS use your product and you can validate it there, in that setting. That has a lot of credibility internationally, if you get that NHS stamp of approval on your product, that counts for a lot and so it was worth us putting the leg work in to really imbed Bleepa into the NHS to get that sign off. But now we have to look at broader horizons in multiple opportunities, and the first of these will be India.

SR: Yep very good…So this programme is called the Sunday Roast . So we have to ask you what is your favourite Sunday Roast

TO: Ahh well its roast chicken for me plain and simple.

END

SR: Yes…ok…Im with you. OK well its incredibly exciting, I mean, from the point of view of, err… the numbers that you’ve talked about, and I always like to talk aboiut the numbers then we looking at, err… Billions in revenue in the next, lets say 3 to 5 years. I mean even the India thing... boggles my mind, weve got 1.3 billion people in India, ok lets discount maybe 3 or 4 hundred million of those as small children, because the population has been growing quickly, so you have got 8-9 hundred million people , only tested… ere that is a lot of money

TO: It is..it is, and its also an opportunity to do a huge amount of good in the world, that’s the great thing about this company and this technology, yes its commercial but its commercial in a way that is actually delivering benefit to us as a society and us as a population. Soo...its a great thing to be part of, and I hope that our shareholders really feel that and really believe in the vision and this mission because…fundamentally you are enabling something that is going to transform the world for the better, and what a great thing to do with your money.
