Some nice buys going through.

Desirable is good but how did they know it was more than a possibility when writing the RNS?

They wrote this:- 'which will be launched immediately following this Announcement'

I hope you're right but until we see the announcement 'it's squeaky bum time' as Fergie would say.

Tricky business guessing when the last placing will be with these developing companies (if you assume there is some proper mileage in the business)

'envisaged' - conceived of as a possibility or a desirable future event.

Think it's a bit more than a possibility.

Hence the comment earlier. A most important day for FDBK. However, I still don't think 'envisaged' means concluded or done.

I haven't read it thoroughly but did a skim read this morning whilst everyone else was on the boards.

Think they already have Duc.

"It is envisaged that the Bookbuild will be closed no later than 4.30 p.m. GMT today, 2 November 2021."

If they raise £10m, well I won’t post what I would do. Not a hope in hell I would imagine.

One year for showing some serious traction with decent Bleepa contracts.. otherwise a write-off imo.

The past is totally irrelevant - its a startup.

To be fair FDBK appears to have a technically proven product with a couple of sales and a few trials, but it does look like a “come back to us with some product changes and we’ll consider buying it” situation.

Well both figures are higher than I'd anticipated. I expected about 500m at .6p so 1.4b at .7 is far higher than I expected.

Today is the most important day for FDBK. If they get this away, then as I said previously the potential is limitless.

I still think 100m market cap is easily achievable. That's about 4p with the new shares added so almost a 6 bagger from here.

Let's see the announcement tomorrow.

Will the placing be fully taken up?
Will Tom get his chequebook out? (Do you remember those?)
Will the shares go to sticky hands?
Will other directors buy?

Nope you are a hater Chump, why else create a thread about a share where you have zero interest?

No - the stalker is very obvious.

They should debate DVRG on that thread. They seem to be confusing hate with criticism.

Chump,

Tell the truth and explain why you felt the need to create a thread dedicated to hating a stock where you have no interest whatsoever? What kind of saddo does that and posts negatively on a stock for year after year after year? A hate filled loser who blames everyone else but himself for getting shafted that's who.

Be an interesting AGM here I think.

There’s been “huge progress” apparently, but the CEO doesn’t even mention potential market size.

Even the worst ones bang on about pipelines and market sizes.

Someone doesn’t like one of your shares so you follow them around.

I think we all know about that behaviour don’t we.

"One day you’ll look back at your postings and see they’ve contributed to your unhappiness."

OMG, just the irony of that comment made me LOFL Chump the King of Getting It Wrong over and over and over again. Keep that hate burning inside you, it's all you have left after all.
