Still whinging Chump, perhaps you should spend more time focused on shares where you actually have an interest instead of continually attacking shares and other posters where you have NO interest whatsoever. Karma

Ah, LR2 says £250m that's about 9.4p.

Any advance on that, Pete?

I will subscribe if I can sell them at a decent profit earlier. Currently 0.77b

>>>LR2, and nor would I.

I intend to subscribe to the open offer, but that statement is at best misleading and at worst factually incorrect.

Tom currently holds 0% of the issued capital and he will own 0% of the issued capital after the fund raise.

Yes Tim, it was noted. I think everyone on here knows he hasn't any shares. He pleads poverty and last year he had a reduced salary or is that an increase in salary but no bonus? He only gets about £168K now!

Well, when he turns this into a 250 million company, I really won't care.

Anyone reading this morning's announcement might think that Tom Oakley had a large equity stake in the company:

The reality is that Tom hasn't ever purchased any shares in Feedback and he does not own any shares in Feedback.

The statememnt above is very poorly worded and misleading IMO

£100 mill?
We have Unicorn investing heavily looking for this to become a unicorn.

Come on Ducatiman, his salary has gone down a couple of thousand!

So there'll be just under 2.7b shares and about £13m cash assuming still about £2m from end of year so mkt cap would be just over £22m at today's share price of .825p.

And £100m mkt cap would be about 3.75p so just over 4.5 times.

Not a bad return if we get there.

Perhaps Oakley is saving it all up to buy a shed load at 0.5p next year.

They have to be careful with disclosing selective information.

However, the current story is probably good enough for placees to sell on their shares to clients.

And would investors throw in £10 million without any hint of what is about to happen?

I think with the multiple market world domination talk, raising £10mln should be easy ;-)

Especially if people think it might be the very first (?) startup to sell something widely into the NHS.
