Info on India interesting, so I wonder what the committed budget is from the gov. or regional govs for the screening.

Also puzzled as to how £10mln is needed to progress pilot schemes, given that Bleepa, unless I've missed something, doesn't need a big capital spend to pilot it. Its an app. after all. Presumably FDBK are not buying phones for all the clinicians !

No good just saying the £10mln is needed to address international opportunities.

If it involved installing pilot plants eg. for waste disposal, then perhaps the large spends would obviously be needed.

Interesting find LR2Delayed TB diagnosis and treatment might substantially increase TB mortality in the future. A modelling analysis by the Stop TB Partnership and partners suggests that each month of lockdown in India could cause an additional 40?000 deaths over the next 5 years.18 Another model estimate suggests that a 59% reduction in TB case detection between the end March and May 2020 may result in an estimated additional 87 711 TB deaths in 2020.19https://gh.bmj.com/content/5/11/e003979

Private Ryan over on the other place has been busy reading the prospectus and what follows is his post over there. It's well worth reading.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________

I had a slower read of the prospectus this morning . I had missed the bit where India is mentioned ,and the fact that there is a pilot starting . More importantly the addressable market is given . ONEstate could yield EBITDA of 15m . So I googled India states and found the below . It will take a year for the pilot and then two years to implement ,but it is a big prize .

28 States
At Present India now has 28 States and 8 Union Territories. The erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir has been bifurcated into two Union Territories (UT) of J&K and Ladakh. The newly formed union territories have been formed under a reorganization act passed by the Parliament on 5-6 August 2020.

"One of the emerging and potentially significant revenue opportunities for Feedback is delivery of rural imaging screening services for TB in India. TB is diagnosed using chest X-rays and often occurs in remote settings, such as throughout India where there are approximately 2.6 million new cases of TB per year. Using the proceeds of the Fundraising, the Company is planning to undertake a pilot scheme within one site, an initial state in India, likely to be Rajasthan (but potentially an alternative state), which is expected to take c.12 months to complete. From this pilot scheme, the Directors estimate that there could be an approximate 2-year pathway to reach peak sales with the aim of reaching the entire rural population of this state over a 5-year repeating cycle (which would require 20% of this population to be screened per year on average). Subject to partnerships and success of the roll out, for illustrative purposes the Director's believe that there is potential to achieve an anticipated incremental EBITDA margin of approximately 80% (pre head office overhead allocation) and, generate around £15 million of revenue per year for Rajasthan (and each additional area of India, depending on the size of the population)."

The fact they got the placing away says it all .It takes time to establish a new product and produce profits from it .In reality you are not investing but gambling . You invest in Diageo but gamble here . The answer is to purchase the shares and wait .Do not purchase with money you cannot afford to lose .
The fact that well known names are trying out the product is a good omen !
If you want a faster result try gambling on a horse .at least you do not have to wait get a for the payout. !

I'm not engaging any more with whatever is being said, as filtered. You can judge character for yourselves.

Still looking for existing equipment suppliers who might have a bump up in orders, as a result of the government's investments.

All I am trying to say is that if posters simply stuck to posting on threads where they have a genuine interest then none of this would happen - glass houses and all that..I will say no more on the subject and for whats its worth I am an investor here and adding.

O/t

Does anyone know of any equipment suppliers (scanners ?) that will benefit from the rollout of community hubs ?

Those are presumably existing profitable businesses.
