For such a small company its nice to see so many shares tied up. Wish I topped up when it was at 0.95p a few weeks back now.

Jonathan Cranston increased his holding by about 23m. His percentage holding is down because of the placing.

Good to see such a long term holder increase his holding. Shows confidence in this management.

That’s a big chunk picked up by Unicorn 18.75%.
Let’s hope they’ve spotted a future unicorn in Fdbk. £1 will do it!

I was updating the number of shares this morning and noticed Herald had increased their holding. I'm not sure when this happened but I'm sure it was before this placing.

If hold for 3 years no CGT. That is on top of 30% income tax relief in initial investment sum. Unfortunately when I invested here was not via EIS !!! But still believe will do v nicely !

I might be out of date with this info but around 20 years ago VCT and EIS holdings benefited from very good tax breaks if the shares were held long enough. If still true, then there may not be too much flipping. The advisors who helped set up this deal seem to have used VCT and EIS holdings as a large part of companies taking up the offer.

I am quite surprised at the strength in the bid side. If we don’t see stock being flipped in the next day or two I think we can assume there is some decent news on the horizon.
