06/7/2020 11:23 | One or two did, Brasso. Still some announcements to come yet. O/T Slightly related to your link, LR2. An informative talk by someone who has been mentioned before on this thread about antibody testing from 7 minutes and lasts 22 minutes. Also a talk about treatment of Covid follows. | ged5
06/7/2020 11:09 | For such a small company its nice to see so many shares tied up. Wish I topped up when it was at 0.95p a few weeks back now. | brasso3
06/7/2020 11:06 | Tom Charlton has added 4 million more to his existing 120 million. | lr2
06/7/2020 10:50 | Jonathan Cranston increased his holding by about 23m. His percentage holding is down because of the placing. Good to see such a long term holder increase his holding. Shows confidence in this management. | ged5
06/7/2020 10:04 | That’s a big chunk picked up by Unicorn 18.75%. Let’s hope they’ve spotted a future unicorn in Fdbk. £1 will do it! | petekand
06/7/2020 08:50 | Two new investors: Tyndall Investment Management Unicorn AIM VCT plc | ged5
05/7/2020 20:16 | £1 by Xmas is my understanding. | ducatiman
05/7/2020 19:34 | It says FDBK is gonna be £1 a share very soon haha. | digger2779
05/7/2020 19:18 | The sense of it isn't improved by translating it into English. | lr2
05/7/2020 19:15 | Gia can you say that in English? | sonie01
05/7/2020 18:48 | Pardon me ? | petekand
03/7/2020 16:33 | A few people leaving with 1% profit and one early bird with 5%. I reckon there was more buying than selling overall today. | lr2
03/7/2020 15:30 | Not today Ged, what a difference a day makes! | ducatiman
03/7/2020 09:41 | I was updating the number of shares this morning and noticed Herald had increased their holding. I'm not sure when this happened but I'm sure it was before this placing. Let's hope for many blue days, Ducatiman. | ged5
03/7/2020 09:30 | Another blue day? | ducatiman
02/7/2020 22:18 | OK, I think I'm in exalted company here but were those last two trades just a transfer from one of your accounts to mine? I'll have a look in the morning! :) | ged5
02/7/2020 21:57 | If hold for 3 years no CGT. That is on top of 30% income tax relief in initial investment sum. Unfortunately when I invested here was not via EIS !!! But still believe will do v nicely ! | meganxmas
02/7/2020 20:13 | I might be out of date with this info but around 20 years ago VCT and EIS holdings benefited from very good tax breaks if the shares were held long enough. If still true, then there may not be too much flipping. The advisors who helped set up this deal seem to have used VCT and EIS holdings as a large part of companies taking up the offer. | lr2
02/7/2020 19:39 | I am quite surprised at the strength in the bid side. If we don’t see stock being flipped in the next day or two I think we can assume there is some decent news on the horizon. | ducatiman
02/7/2020 17:04 | I got same quote. I might sell a few when they are going up in .25s. | ducatiman
02/7/2020 15:54 | Yes, they will take my holding at 1.07p. Think I'll hang on and see what happens next. | lr2
02/7/2020 15:49 | They are bidders in quantity too LR2 | ducatiman
02/7/2020 15:46 | Current actual spread is 1.08p - 1.13p. | lr2 |
