Nobody is buying in case there's a placing.

We seem to be in some sort of limbo.

Are we waiting for a placing, grant, partnership or sale of TexRAD?

Will Guys be the next stop for Bleepa?

Or will it be Poland as LR2 has intimated?

A few more were awarded recently Brasso. He hasn’t put his hand in his pocket yet, even at the lows. I suspect he will have to take part in the next placing if he wants to get it away, unless, of course, he comes up with some meaningful revenue or asset sale (Texrad).

Option Grant

In conjunction with his appointment, Tom Oakley has today been granted 9,332,081 options over new ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") (representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital) pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Scheme. The Options have an exercise price of 1.09 pence per Option and are exercisable at any time up to the tenth anniversary of the grant.

According to the FDBK website Tom Oakley does not own shares. I recall he made a purchase last year but cannot find it?

Thanks for the work you put in to find all that LR2. Very much appreciated. 2:30am- looks like you were on a mission.

Of course they had no chance of winning that. The presenter/host didn't mention Feedback in his summary but did mention the winner twice. Hmmmm!

As for the presentation, a good explanation of Bleepa. I particularly enjoyed the Q&A session where the technicalities were discussed more than they would be to investors.

The audience winner was my choice.
Edit: No it wasn't. Although very good as were the first four (I never listened to the last one), I particularly favoured Skin Analytics.

Unfortunately Feedback weren't the winners. However, reaching a last 5 place from over 100 original entrants was an impressive feat when you consider how little time Bleepa has been around.

Change of mind. The awards could be more prestigious than I first thought.

Only got to see some of the names attached to various talks to realise this is better than I first imagined.

Not very would be my guess. After all, when they are named 'Tech4Covid Awards' you don't have a history of award giving.
