Hi Ged, just seen your post. I vaguely remember having some interaction with PMC many years ago. Think they were just called Manches back whenever it was. To be brutally honest I can't even remember what it was in connection with other than being connected with a large scale international data transfer system I was involved in. They dressed well for meetings I recall.

I know Ged, all is as well as can be considering. Just hoping that TO pulls it off with bleepa, reassuring that institutions have got involved

Penningtons Manches Cooper is a top 50 UK law firm providing a broad range of legal services tailored to businesses and individuals.

Tweeted today an article from last Friday.

The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper is advising Stanford Capital as broker and Allenby Capital as nominated adviser to Feedback plc on a £5.05 million conditional placing and an associated open offer to raise up to £540,000.

Feedback plc are a specialist medical imaging technology company and will be using this fundraising to develop their flagship product, Bleepa®. This is an innovative app based on Feedback's Cadran technology, which allows medical staff to securely view and discuss high quality medical grade images on mobile devices.

The transaction is subject to shareholder approval.

London-based corporate partner, Seb Orton, is leading on this deal with assistance from associate Hannah Shamsolmaali.

Only teasing, Sonie. I hope you're OK.

A link was given to the Circular several posts back. You really are going to have to pay attention, Sonie. :-))

After they have ratcheted up the sales a fair bit, I'd hope, so they can afford them longer term.

Upwards according to Giulia Bottaro who posted this on Proactive this afternoon.

'Feedback PLC (LON:FDBK) has developed extra features for Bleepa, a communication tool for healthcare professionals to share and discuss medical images and patient cases, to enhance its service during the pandemic. It is being used in two hospitals and is set to be expanded in many more once it receives the CE mark.'

Not quite up to date bless her but she's got the general idea.

You're going to have to add an 'e' into the 'proactive' bit of the link to make it work.

Agreed LR2. Things will move after the placing/offer are concluded. Which way I have no idea!
