Well this week has me totally in a quandary! Huge dilution but at a small discount.
Institutional backing and big time.
However the prospectus saying funds needed for sales team had me in stitches, that’s the third placing which has sought funds for a sales team but to date I don’t believe we have ever had one.
We have also previously sought funds for FDA approval for Texrad lung. AR even stated the process was underway. It never happened.
TO comes across well but so did AR.
Well Ime up to my gonads in FDBK shares so I suppose I have to believe and pray that this time it is different.
Very honest of TO to admit he is strapped, I know the feeling, lol. I hope his options make him a mint and the others too as it will mean it has been different this time and their vision was correct.

It does depend a bit on whether the ceo or whoever waffles, which TO doesn’t seem to suffer from. He does actually go into some detail which is refreshing.

I don’t think his objective is to pump the share price, which makes a change from some. I’d still like to hear his view on possible nhs timescales given he’s got experience.

High praise indeed from the person who doesn't like interviews.

Take all three interviews together and several of our questions have been answered.
Now we need further roll-out with a view to future sales.

That was actually a useful podcast with the information about use for covid inpatients. The most interesting thing was the mention of an audit trail for patient treatment. That is a very significant benefit imo.

The amount you can sell is still large. Whatever is going on, someone is interested in building up a stake here.

Buy 200k at 0.93p
Sell 750k at 0.93p and up to 1.5 mil at 0.928p

Don't think we will find it easy to distinguish buys from sells at the moment.

Dont particularly like JWs style but that was excellent by TO. thanks GED. Emphasised ... SAAS approach / picture quality / CE mark only ones / capturing of all notes and narrative other key differentiator / hospital assessment of the covid 19 work in progress from what hes seen has gone well. Very polished interview. Genuinely sees potential for this to be big.

Buy 15k at 0.95p.
