22/7/2016 14:19 | The warrants are virtually worthless. The warrants only have any value if the underlying share price is above the excise price. Considering also you would have to buy the placing share at 50p (20p) above what you could buy them in the open market to gain a warrant, means that the warrants would actually cost you 20p and be worth zero!!!! Sounds ideal Faye for many punters who post on advfn- fill your boots!!! | evil_doctor_facilier
22/7/2016 13:01 | Probably not enough, but that is a massive vote of confidence from the existing shareholders. Can private punters take part in the placing? Just wondering what those warrants were worth? 20p? | zcaprd7

21/7/2016 13:35 | Erm how many shares will be in issue once placings complete? They are raising several times the market capital here, so that's some dilution of existing shareholders. And Yes of course existing significant shareholders are willing to invest at a premium. For starters, they wouldn't be able to buy those shares on the open market. And if they did, they would be paying substantially more as the boost they would provide in open market purchasing would make it more expensive for them. Also they are safeguarding their investment, as they have a lot to lose if the company is unable to continue.Still, it's good news for people buying TODAY, even if not brilliant for existing holders who have suffered previous shareprice decline . | apfindley
