18/3/2016 07:28 | Getting into a spat with threats of legal action with the only people who stand a chance of saving the company is not a good sign. Although a very different situation it reminds me of PCI and Worldview. Shareholders rejected the 3p offer thinking they could get more, they will now get nothing. This will not end well for shareholders here. | sweet karolina
18/3/2016 07:28 | Fastjet: Sir Stelios calls Fastjet EGM to dismiss senior management Fastjet Posted: 29 February 2016 easyGroup, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou’s private investment vehicle has today exercised its right as a 12% shareholder to call an extraordinary general meeting* at Fastjet plc, the AIM-listed African low-cost airline. In a letter to Fastjet chairman, Colin Child, Sir Stelios said he had “lost faith in the management and current board (of Fastjet)” and that “unless the board does some serious cost cutting the company will soon run out of cash.” The EGM will be asked to vote on two resolutions: - Removal of Ed Winter, as chief executive officer & director of Fastjet with immediate effect. - Removal of Krista Bates as a main board Fastjet director. | vauch
18/3/2016 07:23 | Anyone able to post a copy of the letter or give a link. 18 March 2016 Response to easyGroup letter The Board has noted that easyGroup Holdings Ltd ("easyGroup") chose yesterday to make immediately public a letter which it sent to fastjet relating to its contractual relationship with the Company. | pugugly

14/3/2016 23:45 | watch JLP guys, about to multibag ala 88e. RNS only today on confirmation of production, which worth 15p (current share price only 3.5p) copied below from another board: JLP platinum tailing projects: - current tailing projects - Production started per RNS today. - expect another RNS in the next few days on confirmation of full scale production (see RNS today) - bank funding term sheets approved. waiting for sign off (expect RNS very soon, after the full production) - no dilution, as will be funded by bank financing and existing cash - at the moment, 2 tailing projects. JLP already in process to acquire more. Third tailing project coming soon - tailing projects exceeds 10years life - low cost (cost around $400 - $500) - these two tailing projects alone worth GBP 130m profit = (1000 price -500 cost)x10 years x 42000 ounces per year = USD 210m (around GBP 145m, ie around 16p) compared the potential profit of GBP145m vs current mcap of only 30m. do your own research. many will realise how undervalue JLP and share price will soon starting to rerate. compared this to many shares in AIM which are far away from production ! | neilcrom

09/3/2016 16:06 | I've taken a look at the Equity Dev analyst's note. I'm not sure which is worse; the naivety, the incompetence or the sycophancy. 2016 sales forecast is halved to US$ 90m from US$ 180m just 3 months ago; 'with the planned expansion into sub-Saharan Africa on hold'- the epicentre of Ed's world may be Gatwick but last time I was there Tanzania was definitely south of the big desert; the target share price is now 60p twelve months out. No mention at all of the fact that Stelios has called an EGM to sack 2/3 of the executive directors and that his actions are now the pivotal event in this company's future. Not even a suggestion that the current board's credibility is irredeemably trashed. Still I'm sure that Equity Dev copped a fee for this drivel; just hope it wasn't on credit. For free, my forecast 12 months out is 6p, with a reasonable tailwind. | ndege kidogo
