16/2/2018 00:11 | Lol another article from Dr Mike Allan in the Daily Mail. He’s on the Pfizer payroll and is paid/sponsored to come up with anti-cannabis stories. | ih_634390
15/2/2018 22:56 | The DM article appears to be a follow up from this one; | doodlebug4
15/2/2018 22:47 | I wonder who is behind the Daily Mail article. A professional shorter...Some may know All I will say is I am assured that the relevant authorities are keeping tabs on this character... | glenbo1
15/2/2018 22:40 | A pity about your wasted journey Cumbrian, Ed sounds as if he was thrown into the deep end at short notice. Hopefully this article in the Daily Mail will not have a negative impact on the FFWD share price tomorrow. | doodlebug4
15/2/2018 22:32 | Sadly it was a very poor presentation from Ed whose main message was that we should trust Lorne and Jim! I suspect he did not convince a single attendee to actually buy any shares in the market. All in all a very disappointing 600 mile round trip from Cumbria - and the blxxdy train was part replaced by a bus due to cables down so a 6 hour trip! | cumbrian2
15/2/2018 20:08 | You can watch a recording of Ed's presentation here - | bdog51
15/2/2018 19:20 | Lorne had a last minute cancellation. Ed mentioned the buy back is up to 18p so they are currently locked out of buying any. | yazoo1
15/2/2018 19:09 | Sorry but Ed looks dodgy. Shifty. | dailylarma
15/2/2018 17:57 | Not yet Doodle - haven’t started speaking yet / just heard Ed say “ he had to “ knock up” a quick presentation with help of “ a boy” in the office! Will post later in the unlikely event he comes up with any “ pearls of wisdom” - not holding my breath!! | cumbrian2
15/2/2018 17:44 | Spellcheck keeps writing Loren when it should be Lorne!! | cumbrian2
15/2/2018 14:07 | As Lorne is giving a presentation in London this evening I wonder if we will see a late RNS with some news so he has something new to say? Pretty quiet so far with only 235000 traded. | 888icb
15/2/2018 14:04 | Perhaps you could ask them how Yooya is progressing there is nothing new on twitter recently as well as the various investments? | hazl
15/2/2018 09:42 | No worries Haz | yazoo1
15/2/2018 08:14 | THANK YOU YAZOO | hazl
14/2/2018 22:42 | I have signed up for the evening and if I can get out of work on time will post some highlights on this board after the event. I'm a relatively new holder here and have high hopes for ffwd. The portfolio has great value and the CEO is both honest and has a long history of successful ventures - true potential on this one and nice to have the feeling that you're in a share before the market has really caught on! | yazoo1
14/2/2018 20:50 | Give it some welly lads i want 30p. | ken chung
14/2/2018 20:45 | Yes indeed doodlebug4, I'm sure all of us here would appreciate feedback from anyone who's going to this event tomorrow. | bdog51
14/2/2018 20:40 | I'm not going, bdog, it's just too long a journey for me. Hopefully some of the other posters here are going and will be kind enough to provide us with some feedback. | doodlebug4
14/2/2018 20:28 | FFWD CEO Lorne Abony is presenting in London tomorrow evening 15 Feb & newly appointed NED Ed McDermott is also attending. Welcome to another Share Talk Investor Evening supported by our friends at BlueShare and St Brides Partners. We return to central London for our second event of 2018. Event timings: 18:00 - 18:15 Registration and Drinks 18:15 - 19:45 Company presentations 19:45 - 21:30 Refreshments + networking with CEOs Fast Forward Innovations are principally focused on early stage investments such as the recent TSXV listing Nuuvera and blockchain company Factom amongst others. They are dedicated to the success of each of their portfolio companies and aim to bring investment opportunities often reserved for venture capital firms to the private investor. --- anyone here going? | bdog51
14/2/2018 17:51 | My interest here is more in Factom as I have said but I thought it would be churlish not to take an interest in the various investments of Fastforward. I am actually finding it very difficult to find anything new about them. Accepting that it takes a while for some companies to take off, particularly perhaps in China it might be helpful if Fastforwards themselves gave us a little more insight in how they are getting on. I think it's potential is huge but very much down to management to unleash that. However FFWD certainly seems to have hit a chord with it's alternative investments. | hazl
13/2/2018 12:14 | Didn't have to wait long! All special resolutions passed | yazoo1 |
