I think that it's important Lorne Abony delivers on the Schoold sale right now. There is no doubt that he is very good at spending money on investments which have great potential, but he also has to prove that he can sell these investments for a profit. It's crunch time here as far as I'm concerned. Never fall in love with a share - as the saying goes.

These 10p sell trades are a bit perplexing - if you look back they have been going on for a number of weeks - often in 50,000 share chunks. There does seem an unusual amount of shares bought and sold in rounded number amounts - which I would doubt would be a private investor. Is this anything to do with the director who left at the end of last year. Is there another reason ?Why would there be so many trades at 50,000 ?

On a positive note - the share price is still above the Net Asset Value which is £10.5 million in October = approx 8p per share. I think we need to reflect back to the NAV when trying to value FFWD. It is good that the share price isn't overvalued (as this could lead to even larger swings especially if a future correction).

If Schoold sale is valued at £5 million for FFWD then NAV would be approx £14m = which is exactly the current share price. So it is still potentially = NAV even at current drop.

The key future marked for FFWD will be LEAP possible IPO in terms of revaluation.

Volume currently 515000 with Buys slightly exceeding Sells according to LSE so the fall is a little odd. Perhaps manipulation to free up some shares pending news.

I noticed the Blue Star share price rafboy and I think a few of us were scratching our heads at the news of that FFWD investment, although apart from Blue Star's investment in Satoshipay I think Sthaler has plenty of potential. Time will tell.

Db,I still have very much belief in your earlier statement that LA would certainly not have committed to this new investment if there were any doubt at all over Schoold. Indeed one could take the view it was to replace a departure from the portfolio.
