Cumbrian, I don't understand the absence of an RNS on that deal either. Perhaps Lorne Abony is in the process of finalising a statement about the Schoold deal and is going to incorporate a further update about Leap Gaming in the same news release.

Surprised there has been no RNS on the extended GVC deal. I have owned GVC for past few years and has been an excellent investment. Kenny Alexander is very astute and would not be extending the deal unless he believed that the Leap offering would add considerable value to GVC. I have GVC as a possibility to possibly reverse takeover William Hill, but either way their sales continue to show strong growth, which will be further enhanced as they leagalise gaming across more US states - which would also by definition add to Leap's value/income. Deal speaks volumes for Leap and can only add to their value / IPO pricing. Should be a good few months ahead

It's an obvious thing to say, but the BoD need to keep the momentum going now that the share price is heading in an upward direction once more and the sooner another positive RNS is released the better.

The company has been relatively quiet flash, but there's obviously a lot of hard work going on in the background. I get the impression that Vemo just need to get a few more universities/colleges on board and it could have a big knock-on effect. FFWD have a 12.5% stake.

Despite the welcome recent rise in the sp, I suspect we are still below the radar for many investors. However, Schoold and the Leap IPO will change all that.

Interesting recent RNS (just caught up). This could be a quick crescendo of RNS's. This medium one followed by a Schoold big one and an even bigger Leap after that.

We are now into Year 2 of the Directors 20p share options and in order to trigger the next 25% of their options the share price has to be at least 25p for 10 consecutive days. Are we about to see some deals that will take us to that level? I am hopeful that we are.
